I buy all of my tires at the Discount Tire store in Plymouth. Ryan and all of the staff have always treated me with respect, efficiency and honesty. A great group of people that provide great service!

Before I had a good experience with this location, but i discovered a nail in my tire today and brought it to a different discount location, the service tech informed me these tires are from 2018 (installed 2023 so 5 year old tires) and should be replaced and they are also winter tires, which I didn’t ask for and have been driving on all year. Thankfully the other location fully covered the replacement once they realized what this store did.

The Plymouth Discount Tire branch was a disappointing experience for me when I went there for a tire rotation. Unfortunately, they lifted my Jeep incorrectly, resulting in damage to my door. Being a loyal member of Discount Tire for over 20 years, I now find myself having to travel an extra 10 miles to another location for future services, as I’m reluctant to return to Plymouth unless there are significant changes in management and customer treatment. While Discount Tire as a whole provides top-notch customer service, the Plymouth location seems to be lacking in that aspect.

You will be slightly happy and immensely extraordinarily elated when you part ways with his team of exemplary tire experts. I live in Bloomington where I met Codey before he transferred and will drive to Plymouth for my tire needs. He won my heart.

I have always had a great experience with these guys. They are all car enthusiasts and I feel they treat my car like it’s their own. Super careful with everything not to scratch rims and obviously Discount tire has awesome pricing. Appreciate the military discount as well.

I received outstanding customer service as a result of some issues that I experienced with the purchase of new tires. Codey (manager) was genuine, caring, and empathetic, making sure my issues were fully resolved. I left a very happy customer, who will definitely return to Discount Tire for future maintenance and tire purchases. I highly recommend Discount Tire in Plymouth, MN!
