Terrible experience with a PlayStation repair. Long story short, they either don’t have the expertise to work on these devices or they did work they knew wouldn’t fix it just so they could charge me. Awful experience and would never trust them again.

Have gone here several times for broken screen repair, always great guys working and good pricing. They also will clean out your charging port for free if it isn't charging right, which has been super helpful over the years!

the replacement part for my phone came into the shop. I was notified when I could pick it up. phone was repaired when I arrived. We tested it together and it was fixed. thank you

Extremely impressed with these guys. I have a 10-year old MacBook that still works great but had a busted screen. The replacement was hard to source and would go in and out of stock. CPR kept my ticket opened and kept in contact with me whenever one became available.
Once they were able to get it, they worked quickly (same day repair) and it looks great!!
Great job. Highly recommend them.

While they were not able to solve my particular issue (because no one can), I'm writing this review because I am amazingly impressed with their customer service.
Our issue was that our son's iPhone had gotten wet and the screen was going berserk.
We started off at the Wayzata location where they said the fix would be to replace the screen. They said they didn't have a screen for our device so they called the Plymouth location to see if they had one and sent us there for the repair.
This is the first thing that impressed me. The second was that they were willing to put the screen on the device, and then test the device to make sure other components were working before charging us.
We showed up about 30 minutes before closing, so they were not able to get to our phone that day. They called us the next day to let us know they got the new screen on and everything seemed to be functioning well. I told them to leave the new screen on and that we would be in soon to pick it up.
We picked the phone up and everything looked good. However, later that night, my son tried to use the Bluetooth for the first time after getting the phone back and noticed that it was not working and neither was the WiFi. At this point, we panicked. Did we just pay $150+ dollars to get a phone back that only partially worked?
We went into the store at opening the next day where they took the phone and ran it through more tests to determine that there wasn't any hope of repairing the WiFi and Bluetooth. Without any prompting or argument, they offered to pull the new screen off, replace it with the old screen and refund our entire payment. It was John that was working that day and within 30 minutes, we were back on the road with our phone in it's original horrible condition and our money back in our pocket!
It's frustrating that only about 5 seconds of being in water toasted the iPhone 12 mini beyond repair. But at least CPR did everything they could to get it up and running and didn't charge us anything because it was beyond repair. Will definitely be returning with any future problems. Thanks guys!
