I drove one and a half hours to this dealership. It was well worth the trip. I had Derek as my sales associate. Derek went above and beyond in his customer care with me , along with his mother and father who work there as well. I was treated kindly and fairly! They really listened to me and my wants. Kimber Creek Ford is awesome.. First of all the Sales Experience is so solid. We had Rick Litke as our salesman. He was most insightful on the F150. He knew everything about this 2024 truck. I like to work with experts and he as 100% an expert. In addition he answered text and calls from me over the 10 day process of getting the perfect vehicle for me. during work hours and after... They we had Marya Lillquist in finance. Usually finance is pretty pushy in other dealers.. (I've bought 7 new trucks in years past) Other dealers make you feel guilty for not buying x. However at Kimber Creek it was a breeze and not pressure. Marya was welcoming, kind and informative on what we should be buying. It was like dealing with a long lost friend! She found us a great rate too! Thanks Kimber Creek, you will have a customer for life. I appreciate it!

Driving home from Canadian fishing trip and had engine problems near Backus, all auto shops were closed. We found Eli Moehring at the Kimber Creek Ford dealership who came to help us out after hours on his own time. A few essentials from the hardware store and he had us up and running in no time. Great service and friendly disposition helping out total strangers. Thank you Eli!! Kimber Creek has a good one!

We blew a coolant hose on 371 after hours. Eli Moehring actually answered the phone and immediately drove to where we were stranded. He quickly assessed and fixed the hose, and we were on our way. He really saved the day. You have a wonderful teammate in your shop.

Looking for a local shop for my '21 F150. Just took my truck in for an oil change, overall check and review to make sure I haven't missed any recalls or service bulletins.
I scheduled online and something happened that the wrong time was slotted. Fortunately someone from service (Eli) called to check the time with me and it got straightened out.
Kimber is less than 20 miles up the road. When I arrived, a pleasant young woman checked me in, verified what I having done and I found a tidy waiting room with coffee, a pop machine and popcorn. There were a few magazines, a TV and comfortable chairs.
The work was done in reasonable time given the shop appeared to have most the bays full. The same young lady came to let me know the work was done, went over all the items that were checked and the charge for the oil change was typical of what I've seen.
I'll most likely use them again if my truck needs service.

After our accident, I really wanted to get something safe and comfortable for my wife to drive.
