“Mostly use for returns needing to ship out, but staff is great about getting to customers. Store is clean and good sized. They also have a self-service return counter that is awesome - you can just scan your QR code and print out the shipping label to attach to package and go...or if you have a label on it already, scan it and get your confirmation receipt and go. Piece of cake.”

He put my anxiety at ease with his expertise and personal experience shipping a family member’s china! I had 2 large boxes with an 8 place setting, with 7 pieces power setting. “So, I have to say I have been avoiding the Hamel post office for quite awhile. There was a gentleman that worked there that was just awful. Today I went in there because I didn't want to drive far because I don't live that far from it and the young woman that was working there today was a breath of fresh air. Just very nice and pleasant. I certainly hope she has replaced the other man. It would be different if he was awful every now and then but, no he was just unfriendly and gave such bad vibes everytime I dealt with him. I am giving these 4 stars to that young woman.”

“I bought some fragile and expensive glassware from the local Goodwill store, and i was told that it has to be shipped by a third party. Since This's my first time of doing this, i didn't know what to do. So when i contacted Pack n ship, the quote they gave me was fair and reasonable and they didn't charge me anything to pickup my item. I received my glassware intact and on time. I wish i could give them more than 5 star.”
