“I find myself stopping into PSP more and more often. Why? First, it's conveniently located, making it easy for planned or unplanned pop-in visits to make the fur babies happy. Second, and most importantly, the knowledgeable and friendly staff. For example, my most recent visit was for the Buy 3, get 1 Free deal on treats. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help. I thought I knew what I wanted, so I went to the dog treat aisle and picked out the doggies treats. Given the deal, I started looking around and was approached by another associate who asked if I needed help. I couldn't recall the name brand, but I described the bag. She, without a delay, was able to pick out the treat based on description alone!! And it was a specialty brand, not a "famous" big name!! Mind blown! Great people, great prices and selection. That's why I keep coming back.”

“Excellent service today from Brandon. I went in to get treats for my chinchilla and decided to look for a new wheel. I asked for assistance and we were unable to find what I needed. He did however go out of his way to help me find other stores that had what I was looking for so I could avoid using Amazon. Because of his help, my little furry friend now has a much quieter, sturdy wheel that's a proper size.”

She connects to each one, and caters to all their personalities to enhance the dogs experience and learning. She goes above and beyond and will help you incorporate your signals and commands into the necessary skills to learn. Did a second class and considering participating in more due to Mysterie. Always the best to walk in the store and have her yell and greet our pup like we still see her each week for class.”
