The facility is secure and air conditioned and quite convenient to load and unload your things. I was very impressed with the professionalism of their employees especially Jonathon. “It's a nice facility, we rented a unit since 2018. The grounds are clean and well lit at night. I like the auto pay feature that they use, it definitely makes things easier each minth. My only criticism is lack of sanding in the winter. It can get extremely icy in spots making it hard to walk. Otherwise it's a great business.”

“Nothing but amazing things to say about West Circle Storage! Moving to Rochester from another state, I started renting from them in May 2023 and must say this facility is very well run! It has a nice location, great layout with many options to choose from, excellent lighting and uses a great security system. This is by far the cleanest storage facility I've seen and management has been very helpful! I highly recommend West Circle Storage for all your storage needs!!”
“They have a car wash to wash your vehicle by hand, vacuums and garbage cans to clean your car. There is a storage facility on site where you can store items or vehicles.”
“Facilities are built very thoughtfully and are sturdy. Our stored stuff was kept dry for over a year. It was the cleanest storage center I have ever used. Scott is such a pleasure to do business with. He obviously cares very much about his customers and loves his business. I would recommend storing with him at Northwest to all of my friends and family in need of a place to expand.”

“Multiple locations around Rochester. You may have to go through a few staff members to get the help you need but, eventually, they'll put you in touch with someone in a fairly short amount of time. Transactions can be done over the phone and an auto payment arranged.”
“Friendly, easy to deal with, understanding, good location, easy access, cameras with coded entry. Reasonably priced. I have my main storage, and had to add and take off some other smaller units, easy moves and no tying me into them, for longer then I needed.Thank You, staff at Safeway storage !!!”
“Kind and welcoming staff. Explained all possible fees and liabilities to me. When I came back with the truck I rented, same helpful staff greeted me and drop off was so easy. I got my emailed (at my choice, you can choose paper) receipt within minutes. Wonderful! The truck I rented was super fancy, had collision detection and backup camera. Exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a truck to move large things. Thank you!”
