TERRIBLE experience with a faucet installation. Water leaked into the basement, requiring a ceiling replacement. Working with their 3rd party Angi on the damage claim has been beyond a nightmare. Still waiting 4 months later. With all the other options for home stores, I will never shop at Lowe’s again.

I received an outrageous quote (about $17,000) for installation of a door from the installation company that also was late for an appointment and did not notify me. They are regional source for Lowes from Oklahoma which in itself is crazy for a Minnesota store that has lots of local contractors who could do this job in 4 hours. Lowes must get a big cut or something but be aware of their expensive installation costs. The store associate very helpful but was in agreement but could not do anything to help.

The appliance I ordered online was coming from this lowes so all the times I needed to deal with issues It was handled here. Online it didn't guarantee delivery The day it said was available and didn't give you delivery date until you made a purchase. I purchased a whirpool 7.0 cu dryer. With parts suggested and delivery and pickup of old appliance and 3 yr warranty. It came 5 days after making the purchase. I didn't check the plug I needed so when they delivered they didn't have any extra so they had to come back the next day to finish the hooking up. No issues with them bringing in the new and taking the old but since they took it away I never had a working dryer. Now it's been 2 weeks since ordering I haven't had anything working. I own a spa business and I needed this to go smoothly and it hasn't. After multiple calls to the store they informed me when the delivery driver plugged it in it sparked and he never told me that. He left with it plugged in, telling me twice if I have issues to call the store and they will handle any issues. Upon trying to use it that night it never turned on, and if I jiggled the plug it would connect but only to try turning on the dryer and starting it up it shut off immediately. I reported this all to the store and they said I needed to come in and make another full purchase of a new dryer and once they delivery and take back the (new) old one they would refund me for the original purchase. After saying no to that another person said, no we will handle this and get a new one swapped out tested in store before delivering and will get it all set up. It was supposed to be delivered today and the time went by and I had my mom waiting all day to get the delivery and they never called. I called the store, which they never answer their phone in appliances so I spent so much time calling them waiting for the prompts and it just ringing and ringing. They told me it was supposed to be delivered but somehow wasn't loaded onto the truck today for delivery. This has been the most poorly handled situation ever and now they took the old one that dried my laundry but it did take like 3 hours but now since they took that away also I have had nothing to do any of my work laundry and I accumulate a lot. I'm angry, they couldn't care less. I would never purchase from lowes again.

The first time I went in there to purchase a grill, they treated me like I was beneath them when I asked for help. I left and found the same exact grill at Menards. They liked my money.
Yesterday I went in there for my 2nd attempt...horrible! Apparently my money is no good there. That's ok, I found what I needed at Menards.

We stopped at this Lowe’s one day and I was so impressed. My husband and I noticed every employee greeted us and had a smile on their face and ask if we needed help finding anything. The store was so clean and organized. Everything was perfect with this store, by far the best Lowe’s in Minnesota! Jargo is one of the store managers and he was extremely helpful to us when we had questions. My husband, myself and our son will drive the extra distance to come to this Lowe’s.
