“To the young gentleman working the pharmacy counter at 5:30p today at the CVS on Madison Avenue in Mankato, MN please know your actions didn’t go unnoticed and I SEE YOU! I reported you to management and told them that your employee was one heck of a person and as an HR professional he’s the type I want on my team! You had me crying in my car as your actions literally gave me a light of hope and reminded me of our true purpose. ?? As I was picking out my vitamins I witnessed everything. You guided a blind and developmentally disabled man through his new med list with such kindness and compassion as he explained to you he was just discharged from the hospital. When he realized that his cab left him he asked you for help crossing the busy intersection on Madison Avenue, so he could get home safely. You basically jumped over the counter took action swiftly, graciously and didn’t hesitate one bit. Thank you for being a good human! ?”

“Trevor was amazing! When the corporate store said they couldn’t help us upgrade and change some phones to different lines, We thought we’d try the mall as a last ditch effort as it was a “authorized dealer”. Trevor got us the what we needed all while making sure everyone in the store was taken care of. Do not go to the store across the street by Walmart- not sure if they didn’t want to help us or truly couldn’t help us but the customer service is night and day difference between the stores! Trevor was happy to explain and go through the process with each phone while assisting 4 other customers and I never once felt abandoned. 100% recommend this store!”
