It has been amazing since the new owners took over, as they are very easy to get ahold of and willing to work with all clients. We contacted them after finding multiple wasp nests that had been there for awhile (most likely prior to their ownership) and it appears that they took care of them as there were no wasps flying around the next time we were there. Our items remained dry and we were able to fit a very large portion in their smallest unit. Also they have great prices compared to other nearby storage units. Highly recommend!

These reviews are misleading at best, falsified at worst. The video surveillance cameras do not work here and many people have had things stolen here without the ability to use cameras as a reference to catch thieves. Shame on you people for making people think their stuff is safe with you guys. Wish I knew who you guys were insured through because I bet you guys get discounts for having a "surveillance system" which is insurance fraud if it doesn't actually work. Someone recently had a truck stolen here. DO NOT STORE YOUR GOODS HERE UNTIL THEY PROVE THEIR CAMERAS WORK TO YOU. Tisk tisk. I will change this review when you inform me that cameras are up and running. This doesn't seem to be a new issue as the break ins have apparently been occurring for awhile. Hopefully this review services as a notice that people would like their things guarded with the same tenacity as they would if it was in their own garage. Please provide that for them, thank you.

Our family needed a place to store our household items after we experienced storm damage to our home. The staff was incredibly understanding and helpful in getting us into a unit that was perfect for our needs. Upon using the facility we were so happy with it's cleanliness and safety that even after our home was repaired, we decided to obtain a smaller unit and keep some of our things there. I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone !!!
