I absolutely recommend this service! Tad was kind, generous and wonderful to work with! He was diligent in returning my call and answering my questions and went above and beyond to make our experience of renting kayaks worry-free. My family and I had such a blast and it was very affordable, well-worth it!!

We needed 4 Kayaks in Backus and delivery was available all the way from Nisswa for a great price. Locks were provided so we could keep the Kayaks on shore at the resort without worry others would take them out.The website didn't provide a lot of detail before order, so I made the reservation by phone and had no issues.

We rented 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for a few days. Highly recommend this company. Great boats, super delivery convenience, easy to communicate with and a good price. This is the way to go!!!

I rented three kayaks over the website. When I got to the store, there was no one there and the sign on the door said “return at noon”. It was already 12:15. Asked one of the very nice people at the water park and they explained that they’ve had so much trouble with this guy doing the same thing to others. Gave me his card and I called. Tad told me that he “had been having trouble with the website and that he didn’t have any kayaks available.” I did get my full refund, but this was bad business. If you’re too busy to even man your own shop, then you shouldn’t be offering to rent kayaks! Quit bursting peoples plans, dude! Not good business. Very disappointing.

We rented two kayaks for four days. Tad was super friendly, and easy to work with. Tad personally delivered the kayaks to us, which were in excellent condition. We will definitely be looking to rent kayaks again, and probably look into other items when we are up north again! Highly recommend this company.

We rented a lily pad for the weekend at a great price. Really made the weekend. Amazing customer service, they really worked with us for pick up and drop off. I will definitely be back For my recreational rental needs! I highly recommend!
