Brett from twin city hardware has been extremely difficult to work with throughout my entire experience with this company.Sent in original sticker from the door I had with the dimensions and hinge locations.Brett had told me that Twin City hardware could make me the exact same frame for a fraction of the cost.Original frame had finally arrived after waiting about a month. Hinge locations were incorrect, hinge sizes were incorrect the door could now be used. Brett then told me that this was my mistake and the door could not be returned or exchanged. After getting pretty upset he finally agreed that it was his fault and they would make me a new frame. I then had to wait another month for this new frame. Guess what this is still not the correct frame. I’m not sure if you need to stay far away from this company or Brett. Extremely extremely disappointed and sad it had to come to this.
