Well lit. Available reasonable hours. Clean. Vehicles are able to load, unload inside the building. Climate controlled. Able to set automatic billing.

They wouldn't alow me to stay past 6:00. After accepting a unit to be cleared out. It's open till 9:00 to other's. Not for someone taking on a unit that needed to be cleaned out for them.

Megan was very helpful. I picked up a trailer for my husband and I had no idea how to hitch it. She helped me from start to finish. She knew what she was doing and actually taught me how to hitch a trailer and now I can do it by myself. She was a prime example of professional service and she made it easy. Thank you!

This company stole $674 from me. I paid 6 mos. in advance for two units, one was to store my car which was stolen a month before move-in day. New Hope refused to refund me any of my monies still to this day (months later). They are rude and mean and hang up on me when I try to discuss the refund. Further, they lie because Deb told me I'd be refunded no problem when she heard my car was stolen yet she never did refund me! She began to ghost me. My bank has given lots of documentation to prove New Hope was paid the monies and New Hope ignores my emails regarding this refund. I have a contract with New Hope that states they must refund my money but they just neglect to respond still. My family's only car was stolen and the police report even stated they would be shocked if New Hope did not refund my monies for the rental unit I paid in advance out of good faith at $674! This is so much money to me because I am a single income working mother. How can a company be so cruel and unjust? I even wrote letters to the boss and never even heard a reply back.

My experience with New Hope storage was a good one. I appreciated the amazing customer service and the follow up. I had stopped by to view the storage and wanted one closest to the dock. I got exactly what I wanted, and the interaction at every visit was authentic and pleasant.
