It’s soooo disappointing that the USPS Drivers IN THIS AREA carelessly deliver packages a lot of them put the wrong packages in the wrong mailboxes or don’t put them in a Luxer locker for safe delivery!! More than one time is too many times people pay money for their items SO IT SHOULD BE A STRICT POLICY TO MAKE DELIVERIES ACCURATE EVERY TIME‼️

it's 4:30 on Google and window it says that they are closed at 5:00. But they are already closed at 4:30 p.m.

I can't believe the HUGE improvement of this post office now that they have new staff. The office is clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful. While I used to avoid this place, it's my go-to post office now. Highly recommend!

Very crabby woman at the counter. She took her anger out on me for not getting her 'break" from work. She just left me and didn't finish my certified mail.

Mail carriers skip entire neighborhoods for days, withhold packages, then one day you'll get 3 different carriers delivering a week's worth of mail, but still no packages. Isn't mail tampering a federal offense?? Messing with time sensitive material? City of Arden Hills /New Brighton mail is horrible this last year.

Racially discriminated as I approached to send a package 20 min to close. She allowed a black man into the building, but she locked the door as I and another white male walked up and refused to open the doors saying they were closed. I tried another time to send a package and she said the computers weren’t working. Extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional.

In the 10+ years I've had to use this Post Office, I cannot think of one time that I left there after having a pleasant experience. From the slow service, long lines and rude employees, this is one place that I dread going to every time. Half the time I have something already paid for and boxed I can't even just drop it in the drop box because it's either locked or jammed shut. I've walked out in those cases, rather than waste 20+ minutes of my life in line to get told that I under estimated the weight of the package by 2 oz. and need to pay an additional $ .20 before it's accepted. What a joke of a post office.

I called at 4:36 on 4/25/23 after noticing I still hadn’t received the previous days mail as well as that days mail. I also have a letter that needs to be picked up and mailed out. The letter has been in my mail box since 4/23/23. The woman I spoke to was nice and helped as much as she could. She stated I was on the persons route. Someone showed up about 30-45min later and put a single piece of mail into my mail box. Directly behind the piece that needs to be picked up (which has a sticky note saying “Please take, thank you!”. They then slammed the door closed so hard it made my TV shake. I went to grab what I thought was all my mail. Nope, the 1 piece and my letter like previously stated. About 45-60 min later another person shows up. They shoved all of the mail from 4/24/23 in front of my letter (still with the sticky note on it). Then slammed my mail door shut yet again then walked out slamming the entry door and took off quicker than I’ve ever seen a mail carrier leave. I then scheduled a pick up which shouldn’t even need to be done. It’s now 8:30pm and it is still in my mailbox. I’ve never been so frustrated with mail carriers. If you’re not going to do your job or hate it so much then you should work elsewhere. The mail carriers that deliver to my building ALWAYS slam my mail door so hard it sounds like they are about to come through the wall and it makes my tv shake and seem as if it’s going to fall. Whomever is on my route should no longer be employed through USPS as I’m sure this isn’t the only incident.
