I nearly bought paint online but decided to go in to get some questions answered. I was so glad I did! The employees answered my questions and steered me to the correct paint color and product that I could use for dual purposes. I left feeling very confident in my purchase of their paint with a vinyl safe color. Great service.

We have a lot of repainting to do in our house. Have used Sherwin-Williams in the past. Tried to get paint samples and they no longer do that, "due to a paint shortage." Instead, you have to buy a whole gallon. Figure that one out for yourself. Paint was poor quality and we did not like the color. Probably would take 2-3 coats to adequately cover the old paint. But, why waste money on buying a whole gallon? Now, it needs to be disposed. Talk about environmentally unfriendly. Went to a big box store and got paint samples there no problem. Found a color we liked and it applied in one coat. This is how you lose a customer, for good.

This paint store got the paint color wrong not once but twice and then failed to adequately make restitution for the loss of time and money. A 30% discount is not sufficient. The staff were asked very clearly to confirm they had cut the paint color by 50% each time and they insisted it was correct. Thankfully St. Michaels’s store although further to drive has never made this mistake!

I have been to this location twice in the last few weeks. We are updating our house and the previous owners left their old stain, paint, etc. Sherwin Williams staff was able to match it all perfectly.They are always very helpful!

I've been using Sherwin-Williams for 23 years. And I've been in store's in ND,CO,FL and of course MN. This is probably the best store I have been in. Outstanding job to Jamey Koetter and his crew. Sincerely Matt Sheppard. Sheppard painting.

James was seemingly working alone to close up shop. We were late arrivals, which can be stressful. While assisting us, 3 more customers walked in. He remained professional and worked quickly and accurately. Great work James, great work. I highly recommend this SW!
