I never post bad reviews but this place is ridiculous, beware of this salon and go elsewhere. My usual nail tech was on vacation so instead of driving 30 minutes to my usual salon, I opted to go to Lovely Nails because I had been there years ago and my mom frequents this salon. I got their top gel pedi, priced at $78. When the tech removed my old gel polish, he took the drill to it and literally burned my nails off both big toes. It got very hot and painful. My usual place soaks the polish off and LIGHTLY uses the drill. So it's no surprise when he applied the gel polish on top, I'm now left with a bumpy look on both toes because he completely destroyed my nail bed base underneath. It's been 24 hours, and now both big toes are very painful, which is no surprise considering what was done. When I got home, I realized I still had rough patches and calluses on my feet, which I used my callus remover tool to take care of myself. VERY dissapointed in this service. To top it off, my credit card was charged $81.12, NOT $78. I called and spoke to the manager to share my dissapointing experience and to ask about the charge. He told me it was a credit card service fee and that they have signs posted. This is not correct. Their posted signs say "4% cash discount on service" (or whatever percent, I don't exactly remember) - which is VERY different than charging a fee for NOT using cash. When I paid, I told the person who checked me out that I had card and was tipping in cash. She said $78, I handed her my card, the cash tip, and she gave me my card back and I left. I didn't sign anything and there was no receipt. I guess I should have asked for one. The manager refused to refund the fee. When I shared my poor experience, he told me to come back and he'd fix it. I explained there is nothing to fix, my nails were damaged and it's unfortunate. He said they have a no refund policy. I told him that's fine and well, but as manager and owner, he could do the right thing and refund me. And he literally told me I should have asked the tech to remove my calluses. Are you serious? I wasn't paying attention because I didn't think I needed to micromanage a pedi, let alone tell someone how to do their job. And I've never had to "check their work" before leaving. Absolutely ridiculous that the basic removing of dead skin off feet during a pedicure is something I'm supposed to request when I am getting their "top teir" pedi? I left it at a refund is what would be the right thing to do, and that it is inconvenient for me with 2 small children to drive there 20 minutes out of my way to show them something that can't be repaired, and that their signs need to be re-worded to say they will charge an additional credit card processing fee and to train their tech who worked on me not to grind people's nail beds off. I thanked him for his time and he hung up on me. Awesome. I will never go here again and you shouldn't either. Horrible service and horrible management. My mom, who was a frequent customer monthly will no longer support this shady business either.

On a frequent basis, I've been getting my nails done at Lovely Nails for the last 5 years. Most of all my appointments have been booked with Cindy, although when she wasn't available I've had other nail technicians. Anna usually answers the phone is courteous and professional. When I arrive I'm usually greeted with a few smiles and when I leave I feel great with a beautiful set of nails, hands and feet, thanks to Cindy; ready to jump into life full swing again. Sometimes it's the small things that keep us going.

I have been going to Cindi for several months now for pedicures because i deal with mild ingrown toenails on my big toe she is amazing! I have never had a bad experience here. Always a friendly atmosphere. I send a message on Facebook messenger and can ussually get in with in the day or next if after closing hours. Very quick response.

The guy who did my pedicure did great! But the lady who did my nails not so much... they were to be square with smooth rounded edges and out of 10 nails she only did 1 right. The acrylic on my nails is so thin at the tip of my nails it almost as of their isn't any at all andthe back of my nail the acrylic is beyond thick along with bumpy. Only giving them a 3 star cause the pedicure guy was great.

I received very poor service. This is for the Monticello lovely nails only I went in and had a Manny and a petty and came out with my nails looking like crap. They told me to come in and they would fix the issue, but they didn't fix the issue they made it worse. I told her the color that they were using was the incorrect color, but they would not listen. this was a regional job because the first go round didn't turn out correctly. It bubbled up and smeared. Buyer beware
