I got a women’s haircut with Mariya, I was nervous because she had the least reviews from what I could tell and none of which mentioned short haired clients. I was going pretty short to get rid of damaged hair and was super nervous she wouldn’t understand my idea as many older women I’ve experienced let their own biases for long hair get in the way. But she gave me a gorgeous cut exactly how I wanted and let me know her own thoughts on my ideas as well so that everything turned out. Highly recommend her!

Safe to say I'm OBSESSED!! I came in very nervous and unsure but once me and Kaleigh started talking about the cut I wanted I felt so seen. She was overall sweet as pie and we talking through how the appt was gonna go. Kaleigh was so patient and reassuring the whole time!! She was honest about her thoughts and really helped me decide what the best approach was going to be. The energy was very warm and safe. Kaleigh was very good at understanding exactly what I was trying to describe!! This is the first time in a long while I actually feel pretty. I can not say thank you enough, I feel like me again!!!!!!

The moment I sat in Kaleigh’s chair, I knew I was in great hands. I wanted my hair to be just right for a wedding I was attending. She knew exactly what I wanted. It was an overall great experience and I 10/10 would highly recommend Kaleigh.

I have been looking for a new salon to go to, I found hair obsession online and it had good reviews and I was able to book an online appointment, so I made an appointment with Lori. This was my first time going here, and I have to say with 100% certainty, this was the best haircut I have had in my 42 years of existence! I had never been in the salon before and so of course a little anxious, but I was welcomed with a warm greeting immediately walking in, which put me so much at ease. I only had to wait like a minute and Lori came out to get me. I have thick long hair which can be a challenge to deal with. I told Lori what I wanted which was to take some length off and make it more manageable. She offered me options and ideas which was so nice to have someone with experience and insight! She was so thorough and did an absolutely incredible job with the cut/style, I don't think I have ever loved my hair more, I will be a customer for life!

I was charged over 100 dollars than what I was quoted. I understand that the prices may vary but that seems excessive. I asked for an ashy balayage and that is not what I received. After sitting there for five hours it looked like I bleached my tips leaving them a brassy yellow and let my brown hair grow out to my ears. I had my professional photos in two days for my family and I had to go to a different salon to fix her mess. I will not be coming back.

I had a horrible experience at this salon. My stylist I have been going to for years moved out of town so I have been on the hunt for a new one. I booked with a certain stylist because of all the positive reviews she had on here. Unfortunately my experience with her was anything but positive. Usually it takes a stylist about 1.5 hours to do my hair (full foil, haircut and eyebrow wax). I was at this salon for almost 3 hours!!!! Which of course threw the rest of my day off because I was not expecting to be there for that long. It took her 20 minutes just to mix my color and then a painfully long time to put the foils in my hair and then when I thought she was done and I had been sitting there processing she came back and put more bleach in my hair! Which I thought was strange because I had never had a stylist do that before so I asked her about it and she said oh yes I have to do this to get the ends of your hair colored???? Haircut was fine but the color didn't turn out at all like I wanted and when she was all done she asked if I wanted my hair straightened. I said no thank you, my hair is already straight. I don't need it straightened and she said I'm just going to do it for you so you can see what it looks like. Which turned my hair into a limp, frizzy mess!!! I had to wear a hat the rest of the night to hide how hideous my hair looked until I could shower again and style it again. Anyway - never going back here again.Services: Hair coloring

I have been going to Hair Obsession for over five years now. I have ALWAYS loved the services I’ve received through the years. The salon is large, clean and updated. Lots of stylists working on clients. I see Lori, the owner. She does an excellent job on the consultation and understands the direction I want to go with my hair. I’ve never had a time when I walked out dissatisfied. HOS offers top of the line products to purchase. Products are always well-stocked. Love the step and repeat to showcase stylists latest clients hair?During Covid, her and her team followed protocol to a tee! I love the fact that all the staff attend continuing education to bring their clients the latest in styles and color.I’ve have many different services done here from cut, color, extensions, eyelash lift and tint and a lot more! I appreciate that they offer SO much.I can’t recommend this salon enough. I appreciate that they have a great website to book, confirm appointments. Handy texts are sent out to confirm all appointments. Easy and convenient parking.Services: Bang trim
