Company overcharged and sent wrong product. Charged me again to send the correct product (unauthorized) and refuses to issue a credit. John Ryshavy has poor ethics and business practice. New customers beware as they provide zero customer service!

I own a heavy duty truck repair shop in Monroe, Ohio. I recently purchased shims for three axle alignments from Stempf. The pricing was good and the shims were delivered to my shop quickly.The only problem I had was that I wasn’t able to just go online and order for delivery. The site isn’t set up for e commerce unless you set up an account with them first. I had to make a phone call to order what I needed. I bought enough so that I won’t have to order for a while. I will probably have to call the next order in as well because I won’t need them for a while.

For 33 years I've done business with Stempf Automotive. I can honestly say that my experience has always been top notch professionalism, knowledge, and personal attention. It's nice to find a business where an actual person always answers the phone instead of one of those recordings that says, "For so and so press 1, so and so press 2... I give Stempf an A plus all the way! Good job! Please keep it up!
