Very helpful staff. Always attentive if you were in the dressing room The only negative thing I can say is that I always shop petite cuz I'm short and they had a very few select items that I could choose from in the pants section but I don't blame it on the customer service. I blame it on the company in general so maybe I should give it a four star instead of a five

Very helpful and intelligent staff communicate very well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wasn't able to give it a 3.5, and the space is small. So is the men's selection. Women's items are in a much larger space. Overall, I will shop there again as it is close and they carry items I wear.

My husband had bought some blue navy easy to wear zip up with button pants 2 years ago at THIS store. And he had been looking online on their website and couldn't find the exact same pair. He had the code on the inside tag. He chatted online with somebody and had bought several different kinds of pants that were similar but not the same and so we were returning those pants to the store. Several people at the store tried to help him find the exact pair of pants that he so loved! But they apparently don't make it anymore, that style or number that was in the pants. We are so sad to hear this! But we are so thankful that they tried multiple times with multiple people to help us. I think we'll just go on eBay next or mercari.

I ordered my uniforms from Delta. The pants sizes were wrong. I needed to return them and ordered new sizes. However, I love shopping, but hate to return items that doesn't fit or so. I decided to stop by at this location.That's when I met amazing Jerry. I noticed immediately we both had the same nail polish. "Pink". He helped me label my package, filled out the reorder forms and repackaged my return items and placed the return label on it. I felt like a first class customer. :) All I needed to do was drop the package off at the post office. Every single staff were very nice and friendly. Willing to help. Jerry and your Manager. Thanks!

Just went into the store on Monday looking for winter coats, the salesperson was nice and very helpful. I did ask if they had a manager so I could tell them what a good job they did assisting me. Unfortunately they seem to have a new manager that prefers to not want to communicate with customers, she seems to be too busy to be at the counter to assist with customer needs. I prefer the last assistant manager, at least she showed her face to the public and was very friendly and helpful.WIN G

The service was trash. There were people working there who were just sitting and chatting having a blast instead of helping customers, and we did ask for help, but the woman said "I don't know" and walked away

I'm writing a review in regards to the customer service. Top notch! I had particularly confusing returns to make and the saleswomen were so patient and kind. Steph in particular was detailed, compassionate, and helpful. It's difficult to find good customer service, but this store definitely has it.

Store is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I've shopped Land's End for decades. Was disappointed to see such a small men's section, but I do understand the balance between online and in-store retail. It makes it hard to try things on and feel the products when they aren't available. I had hoped to find at least one of the items I was looking for. They continue to be a quality and dependable retailer, and I recommend them, be sure to look on their website too!

I purchased a pair of slippers online from Land's End in October. By December the slippers had started falling apart at the seam. I took them into the MInnetonka store to return them. The woman who waited on me did not give me a receipt of any kind and when I asked she said it wasn't necessary that the return was entered into the computer. The slippers were backordered and. I was to receive them by the end of January. On February 5 I called the store to tell them that I had not yet received the slippers.. The woman I spoke to told me to call the 800 number which I did. The customer service agent I spoke to on the 800 number told me there was no record of the return and that I should go back to the store. So it looks like I will not have the slippers or a refund for them. I've been disappointed in the quality at Land's End for the last few years but they've always had good customer service until now.
