Useless. The mail carriers will deliver to the wrong address and not care. I don't get many packages and yet they consistently end up getting delivered to the different addresses with lockers. Then I go through days of back and forth with them telling me someone will get it to me tomorrow and it never happens.

The Northeast USPS is my go to post office. I really appreciate all the staff at this post office. Everyone is always very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The lines usually move fairly quickly.
I’ve been to post offices all around the United States and this facility and staff is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of shipping things out of. I would definitely recommend using this post office.
Off topic, but of note… the New Brighton post office is the worst I’ve ever been to. Unhinged staff. Avoid at all costs.

Removed the drive-up mailboxes and replaced them with ones that require you to get out of your car. Whatever happened to accommodating people with mobility issues? The drive-up option seemed like a great solution for this and provided convenience for anyone else just needing to quick drop off some outgoing mail. Ridiculous.

Theresa was so amazing today. I have a 4 month old & I was doing a big job requiring 2 50lbs boxes to be brought into the post office, plus a stroller. I went in and asked to borrow a cart to load them (as I do at many post offices) she went above and beyond for me. She came outside with me to push the cart so I wouldn’t need to struggle getting my baby and the cart in. I can’t express the gratitude that I have for this probably small thing in her eyes but huge in mine. Seriously I hope she gets a chance to see the impact that this made in my day. Thank you again Theresa. As a side note: Theresa and Shari both greeted people by name as they walked in which is a rare thing nowadays both of them are amazing.

I called this office and spoke to a gentleman about my lost tracking number. He made the extra effort and was able to track my package via the amount and date of the transaction. I am so grateful! I wish I had gotten his name to personally thank him again.

My packages rarely get delivered, my mail is often lost. Horrible logistics. Should be scrapped and sold to FedEx/UPS for parts.

I heard they are always hiring. I guess nobody wants to show up for work no more. But I know the carriers are top notch dedicated hard workers! Please remember they work through everything and they sacrifice so much for our mail.

Just walked up to the outside mail drops today. But this is the post office I use regularly. There can be longer waits at midday and early/late in the week if you need counter service.

Perfectly fine post office. Self-service machine for mailing, otherwise they have a counter for when you need assistance.
