This is by far the slowest post office ever! Need more workers that stay at the counter and not in back. The line be to the door with one worker every time I come in. Then the other worker sits in back

Worst service I have received in a long time. If you have a choice, do not ship any of your products through here or an enact in any sort of mail service with this postal service location. They Didn’t deliver my package to my apartment that had the right shipping address, but they It was an insufficient address. I double checked and it had all the right information. I’ve never had this problem before. I go to the location to see if they can just give it to me. The lady at the front would not help me I waited 45 minutes in line for her to tell me that she didn’t have time to deal with my problem because it would take to long. Even though they were still open for another 20 minutes. She rushes me and the rest of the people in their out the door because “ I don’t have time to help y’all. I got an appointment at five”. Why would you schedule an Appointment at the same time you close at your job? Anyways, She tells me to come back in the morning, so I do and the gentleman that helped me Didn’t know what to do and told me to call this number back apparently there’s a guy that looks for packages. So I called the number and and the call won’t go through. This place is poorly run and has incompetent workers. A pure mess. Do not go here what so ever.

The counter employees were so rude and unprofessional. The male employee kicked my packages and I asked not to, and he insisted that he was just pushing the packages. I saw this male employee argue with a customer and yelling at each other.

They lost a package of a T-Mobile phone being return and I had to pay $538.. called they said they were going to get back to me . They haven’t yet !!!! I NEED you guys to REFUND me !

Worst post office ever, most times they deliver mail it’s a junk mail not sorted mail. A different mailman every day. Sometimes we don’t get mail until 7-8pm. Today all the mailman had in his hand was a stack of excel postcards, imagine that’s all the mail every house received no regular mail not even a mail bag, you would think with all the price hikes in stamps you would get better service. 1 Star was generous.

They're trying their best. It's not the workers' fault they're understaffed and so underfunded that the computers don't work well. To y'all postal workers, try to get some rest. I appreciate you.

I will no longer be ordering anything online, this is the second time they placed my package at the wrong building and thank God I caught the lady at the other side of the building (short, white, red/ginger in a bun/ponytail) just now and she was very rude and nonchalant about setting my package at the wrong building, snatched my package out her damn hand because that pissed me tf off!! Y’all need to hire a better mailman because she sucks at doing her job and is very rude ?

Carmen was great. The African man did not wanna help me with a change of address because he stated we were "to busy " so the manager cleared that up for me that we would be able to use our id cards to do it the same day. We went to Carmen instead & she had us verified and out within 2 minutes. ❤️‼️

This Have To Be The Most Rude, Disrespectful, and Most Annoying Post Office Ever. The White Lady With Wavy Blond Hair That Wears The Glasses And Work In Packages Is Very Rude And Disrespectful. I Was Told She Has My Package And To Come Pick It Up Another Day Because She Was Upset I Said Something To The Black Package Guy That Was Rude.The Very Next Day It Says My Packages Has Been Delivered And It Never Has. Since Then I Have Not Received Any Of My Packages Since Then. I Can Not Find Them In The System Anymore. And I Don’t Have A Dog So They Can’t Give That Reason. Since 11/30/2023 No More Packages Have Came In. It Says A Package Of Mine Was Delivered 12/7/2023 And I Never Received It. Someone Needs To Step In And Look Into This Post Office. Playing With Mail Is A Federal Offense.
