Tim and Sue were great throughout the entire home buying process! My closing was done throughout the busy holiday season and both Tim and Sue maintained communication and kept me up to speed. Tim worked with me on the initial purchase of my home. About a year ago I worked with him again to try to refinance to a lower rate and unfortunately it did not work at that time. Tim kept in touch and this time around it worked! Tim is an excellent communicator as is his team. Any questions I had were promptly answered and I understood the entire process. If you want the best mortgage leader that looks out for your best long term interests you need to go with Tim! Everything was SO smooth, from the application through closing! Everything was done electronically prior to closing, and the closer came all the way to our house, followed all social distancing guidelines, even brought us pens in a sterile package to sign with! This was the second time we used Leader One and their service is top notch! Great communication and service! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to refinance!

Our mortgage was a little different than most, we were putting a down payment to automatically get a reverse mortgage, complicated and way above our heads. Tim helped us with everything, explained everything, and walked us through everything.
