Shockingly unprofessional! Made an appointment earlier during the day. We got there after driving 30 minutes, & they denied the appointment & commented for us to come another day. One of the worker was just relaxing on the couch.Service: Braids

I was a walk in on a Wednesday and they were able to see me right away. I have short, 4c hair and they were able to braid it without being too tight! For small, mid-back length box braids, I was quoted a price that was comparable to other places. It took 5 hours which isn’t bad. I was impressed. The staff was nice and welcoming. I’d go back.

Ive been going to this shop for 10+ years, but this past year they really been slacking and im really disappointed, my last 2 times i went there with multiple pics and different angle of the styles i wanted and both times i was disappointed and still paid full price for both styles! My last time there was my last time. DO BETTER!

Braids look overall ok. I asked them not not to braid my edges, but yet there were 3 bothersome braids in front of my hairline that I just had to take out and braid into another. Way too much braiding hair was used on that little piece of my hair. When the lady was braiding, she was very loud on the phone, and kept pulling her mask down to yell louder and did a lot of hand movements while talking—she was supposed to braiding with those hands. The other braider started an hour after her and still finished before her. They also did not start on time, very frustrating.
