Can't express this enough, how horrible this was. My charger broke, needed a new charger phone was on 2%. Told me they don't have the keys that they lock up!! I had no idea where I was I had my newborn with me. Don't come here if ur ever needing a charger especially during an emergency

Had a bad experience. The store was advertising one price but charging another. To add insult to injury I called prior and asked what the price was so I drove specifically to this store based on this price and the cashier Eric was very rude and unprofessional. Will never spend a dime there ever again. Went right to the clean nice one on 50th and Cedar and had NO issues. This is where good training on customer service comes in.

Whelp, we were going to use the restroom abd get some drinks and snacks, but there was piss all over the women's restroom and no toilet paper. We were harassed outside by a lady for a couple dollars on the way in and out, too. Welcome to this neighborhood. Speedway is keeping up with the vibe.

Whoever owns this location does not care about the neighborhood. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Expired products, inconsistent pricing for the same items, and I could go on. I would like the store to close or be under new ownership.

Attempted to get gas but pump wouldn't authorize via credit card OR Apple Pay. No signs on the pumps saying "come in to pay" ... another customer was the one that told me you have to go inside. Fair enough. No line so I walk right up to the attendant (facing me) at the register who is chatting with another employee (a manager(?) in a different uniform) a few feet away. They "wish there schedules were different ... why don't they get scheduled together more often to build "rapport" with each other" etc, etc. Seriously they hold this ongoing conversation with me standing right there waiting to give them my money. Walked right out and will never return. I hope their team rapport session was successful ... maybe next weeks topic can be Customer Service.
