Owner is super nice and easygoing. Keeps up to date on current values of items. And offers store credit when you bring stuff to a greater value than his cash offer so really great if you're looking to change up your collection. Great atmosphere and value!

I found this shop en route to Uncle Hugo's Science Fiction Bookstore & Uncle Edgar's Mystery Bookstore. It was small and unassuming but the photos online indicated an amazing array of product -- so worth a try.
Parking was easy -- within 50 feet of the door.
Prices were competitive, and downright bargains on some material. And the coolest bits were pocket change --collectible cards featuring movies and fantasy art from the 1990s for less than $4 a pack. My childhood beckoned me to crack a pack.
But the best was the owner -- someone who didn't just understand the product on his shelves, but knew the creators of that product. I didn't just hear about cool games. I heard about the newest games by a specific creator who lives just outside Duluth in Minnesota.
You want a shop owner who isn't just chasing a dollar, upping Magic orders when sets are hot, chasing Munchkin sets because they are easy to sell. You want a shop owner who is, really, living and breathing the industry.
That's what you'll find at Heroic Goods and Games.

Great selection, lovely owner. Went in for the first time today and (unexpectedly) spent almost 100 dollars just because of some great finds at reasonable prices I couldn’t pass up. They seem to keep a great stock of graphic novels, board games / RPGs, as well as a great variety of video games. Definitely a place to stop by and check inventory of every so often.

This guy is AMAZING!! Brought some stuff in but will be back to give him his money back buying games!! He has EVERYTHING guys!! All your gaming needs - old school gaming .. loved the Star wars 3 in characters etc..

At first this location doesn't look like much, but upon entering, my mind changed quickly. I have to say that the owner Paul is a personable man that you instantly like. The environment just gives great vibes and negativity is a past thought once you enter. They have everything from vintage toys, current toys, cards, comics, and all in between. Can't speak enough about how great this store is! it is a must see if you are into your younger years.

I love this store and the owner is so kind and fun to talk with. They always have a great variety of games, movies, playing cards, and videogames. The vintage goods are so fun to see, too! Every time I'm in there I basically have to stop myself from buying them all. Such an awesome shop, I highly recommend Heroic!
