Been shopping this GameStop for years, since it was funcoland. GameStop has forever lost a customer due to the fact that they took advantage of my wife during a trade in where she was shorted $40 dollars on a trade in that valued way higher and when calling back in to ask why they did not even attempt to try and make it right or anything!
GameStop for years as been doing this and somebody has to fight against them, don’t do you gaming purchases here cause the employees are rotten even at other gamestops as well!

The service was absolutely amazing, the staff were willing to help and answer questions when needed, and they give you their most honest suggestion when your purchasing something that you have no idea about.

They are not very proactive with answers questions or phone calls. It’s very difficult to get a hold of anyone anymore, I waited for 30min to get some help. A little unfortunate!
