“We don’t work with lab grown diamonds.”I called to see if this business could set a loose stone into an engagement ring setting for my fiancé and this was the response I got. What sort of uppity policy is this? One of two things will happen: 1. You will change your stance on this within the next few years or 2. You will go out of business. Newsflash, diamonds aren’t worth anything anymore and you’re lying to yourselves and your customers. “We prefer our diamonds to be wrought with conflict and negative environmental impacts.” Good for you, I wish you all the luck.

My wife shared a photo with me of a ring she had discovered online at Filigree Jewelers. It was very reminiscent of a ring that had belonged to her mother and had long since been lost. It was in the art deco style that she finds so appealing. I phoned Filigree and talked with Emily, one of their associates, to see about purchasing the ring. She was ever so helpful and pleasant to work with. I ended up buying the ring knowing it would require resizing, and Emily made the entire process trouble free. I LOVE this jewelry shop! I got my engagement ring there several years ago. Once we were ready to get married, I reached to find a wedding band that would match. My engagement ring was very unique but they were able to help me find the PERFECT band to compliment my ring!

I had a very difficult time finding a wedding band to match with a vertical baguette engagement ring, particularly in a plain band without stones. After days of searching, I stumbled across their website and found the perfect band. It came quickly and looks just as described/pictured.

Filigree is the place. The owners Brent & Catherine and the whole team are knowledgeable and so fun! They have a very unique and special inventory of jewelry - all styles & price points. I hit a point a couple of years back when I was ready to invest in some real jewelry for my work/social life and move on from some of the costume stuff. They’ve helped me find timeless pieces (gold hoops, pearl studs, paper chip chain necklace, and a few cocktails rings for good measure ?) and I wear them ALL the time. They get to know you & are thoughtful about your personal style. It’s a great family business and I love when I have an excuse to go in to visit. Highly recommend!

Go visit Filigree Jewelers - you will be delighted. I inherited hundreds of pieces of jewelry from my late mother and had no idea how to assess what I now owned. I called several places looking for some direction on how to proceed and didn't really get any help. Filigree suggested a visit with an offer to help and I jumped at their hospitality. I can't say enough about the staff at Filigree. My appointment started with Tamara and then Sharon joined us given her expertise in stones. Both were knowledgeable and professional and also warm, welcoming and enjoyable. They were excellent, attentive listeners and offered suggestions based on my values and interests. I went to the visit a bit nervous with no direction regarding next steps. I left the visit feeling empowered and confident in developing a plan. I would highly recommend Filigree and their expert staff to anyone interested in jewelry.

I found this store when searching online for antique jewelry and was blown away when I visited. I fell in love with the unique jewelry, all beautiful and so different from what you see at the commercial stores selling new modern jewelry. One thing I love is that the emphasis is more on the unique settings and styles and less on the 4Cs and getting the most perfect stone that costs a ton of money. Of course they can talk about those things, but the settings are so beautiful and interesting that you won’t even care as much about looking at the diamonds under a microscope. So many beautiful engagement rings - I wish I would have visited years ago before getting married!! There are two levels to the store and I had fun exploring everything. Catherine was so genuine and helpful. I bought a gorgeous right hand ring and am thrilled with it. Later I brought in an old piece that needed repair and resizing and they helped me get it taken care of. I’m also so impressed with their Instagram feed - gorgeous posts and stories and fun live broadcasts as well. I’ve recommended the store to many friends.
