I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get business cards printed at this location. First, they didn’t know how to operate the website portal to upload my design. Then they tried to charge me eight dollars per page, totaling nearly $100 for 100 cards, which is a complete rip-off compared to other services like Vistaprint. I needed same-day service, but the experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unskilled, clearly not invested in meeting my business needs. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Called yesterday and confirmed I could get a passport photo today. Went in and was told camera was broken (doesn’t hold a charge) so they can’t help. Very dismissive and uninterested in helping.

In the past I had enjoyed the services and relative ease of using this FedEx to get out eBay orders. Well, yesterday that changed as I was mistaken as a fool who would be hustled by the staff at this location. They attempted to extort $20 extra dollars to repack my order. This was only after I had the first clerk that I had worked with measure and weigh my item and had then told him I would be purchasing the shipping through eBay where I receive a discount for being a seller. At that point the first clerk walked away and another slunk up to the counter and told me that I would have to have them repack my item for an additional cost. I asked to speak to a manager who must have just gotten through a safety meeting on up sales and he reiterated what the clerk had said adding that there was no way my package would make it through their system like it was. I had to disagree because I have been through this a few years ago with at a different FedEx location this must be a sales tactic to drum up more revenue. They want to repack for no real reason other than to increase cash flow for their slumping locations. This only seems to be a thing at locations that don't have much traffic. I left that location went across the street to the US Post Office then had no problems shipping out my item as is. I would encourage everyone to do the same. Use the Post Office or UPS before using this scuzzy FedEx. If you get there you will know why I say scuzzy. The saddest thing is that they are telling me that it will take 5 days to return my money for shipping that they never provided. Even though I immediately hit cancel transaction. I suppose they won something by not refunding my money immediately. I know it sounds like theft but no apparently they are just getting an unsecured loan from me. Dirt bags.

Actually unbelievable that to this day FedEx a publicly traded company provides the RushMyPassport service. Just in case anyone happens to see this and what considering using this service, save yourself the time and money and go to USPS.RushMyPassport literally cannot deliver to the Federal Passport Agency as I was told at the Federal Passport Office in downtown Minneapolis - who then had me fill out an attestation form about what this company promised, how much money they charged me, and did they deliver.After several months, I contacted them to ask about my passport and they said they never got it, yet 2 days later it was shipped back to me after I cancelled. Of course their refund policy is within 3 days of purchase because they know that they cannot perform the function that is in their name. Actually wild, that something like this can exist in plain sight in todays day in age.

My go to store for the annual planning calendar, journals when needed, and semiannual shredding. No need to maintain an in home shredder.Print and Go service works well on the rare occasion I need to print something now from the phone or laptop.Very helpful and decent employees at this location.Has variety of clearance items on a regular basis.Nice small selection of books for business or pleasure pursuits.Located in the IDS building.

John and the team at the print center for this FedEx location were amazing to work with! They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful assisting me with a suite of quick turnaround print assets in advance of a large client meeting. All of the printed materials were incredibly high quality and turned out exactly as promised. Would highly recommend for all business printing needs.

The only reason this gets a 1 star is because I had to give it at least 1 to write a review. John, the manager, is the best, he was out today. his assistant manager, Jeff is not. He helped right up to the point of pushing print then told me I had to place an order! Just hit print, it prints, I pay, I leave. The only reason I would go back is because it's the only place I know of with a 36" printer.

Wife printed our daughter's birthday cards here when she went to pick them up she noticed they used normal paper instead of the cardstock she mentioned and the employee told her that she was wrong and that is what she paid for I tried to speak to customer service but they were no help.

great experience. packed it right for Canada. Delivered 2 days early! and the driver took care to drape a tarp over the box so that it could not be seen from the street. absolutely impressed with their service.

This facility no longer accepts FedEx Ground shipments if the packaging has been defiled by FedEx Express Marketing. I was turned away.

Stopped into this store 2 times in one week and Wagnew was super helpful. He took to take the time to make sure my small job was done correctly. It was much appreciated.
