This seems like a regular grocery store. I was disappointed with my frozen food purchased here. It was not spoiled, just bad quality.

I went to purchased 4 items at this location and the guy at register 6 was completely rude to the guest and seemed like he did not wanted to be there . I hope I never have to stop at this location again .

I called your corporate office on Saturday morning. 11/12/2022 9:38 AM I asked the person that answered if the money orders were capable of mobile deposit. I was transferred to the Edina store where someone told me that they didn't know. I was transferred to another person where they didn't speak comprehensive English. Then, I was transferred to a manager who said to me yes. Then she said as long as it goes through my bank. Today, 11/13/2022 at 6:11 PM after I went to the same cub to make the purchase this afternoon, I looked on the back of their Money Order. I'm not sure what game you're playing, but you just caused me to waste my time. I called your phone 6:11 PM and to speak to a manager and Mike got on the line and started pretending he didn't know what I was saying to him. Told me, I would have to call tomorrow. I'm not sure what kind of outfit you people run or what kind of incompetence you believe I have to put up with. I expect a refund and to be compensated for my time. And, for every individual that I mentioned mobile deposit to be released from employment. BBB case number is 18398803

Always really well stocked, even before holiday weekends when many markets are looking sparse. Lots of organic produce, decent floral selections, and friendly, helpful staff.

Brad pharmacist and Tina Excellent service ! They will go above and beyond to help ! Never had issues with tracking prescription or Dr.The best team ever . I would HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy. I've been using cub on York in edina for 10 + yrs with Brad the pharmacist.

Just had my second delivery using the new Cub delivery/pick-up system. I am so impressed and pleased. From the website to the polite knock, this new system is the best. You can add or delete items with ease from your list before you place your order. The selection is great. The shoppers I have had are so helpful with suggestions in case a product is not available. The very uncomplicated charges are a delight compared to Instacart. Plus if you become a Cub card holder (like I have been for years) you save on almost everything. I hope Cub succeeds and that this continues to be a part of my "isolated Covid 19 " life.. Thank You!! P.S. Did I mention that you will save $$$$$$!!!!!????? Well...you will. Get the card and start shopping. Remember too...the snow will soon start to fall and you can shop safely and comfortably from your cozy home.

Cub is about as good as any other supermarket, no problem there. I am writing regarding their food donation bags. We had been paying to donate the $20 bag every week, then one day we asked the cashier what's in them. He didn't know but opened the one we'd paid for. There were 7 or 8 random granola bars. And not even healthy ones. I had assumed the contents would be staples - pasta, peanut butter, cereal, that sort of thing. We now donate to Second Harvest, where $20 goes much farther than a handful of granola bars.

I find this store a cut above other Cubs in the area. It has more of the specialty gourmet foods and equipment that I enjoy. I'm not wild about traditional grocery stores, but this one is good.

Store refuses to enforce the mandatory mask mandate in Edina. I brought this up to a staff person and it was not escalated to management. I will not be giving them my business anymore.

Totally outdated technology for tracking customer information. They seriously need a technical upgrade for tracking data electronically. for example customer information is still being tracked in a 3-ring paper binder. They really need to step up 2 electronic encrypted information.

I’ve shopped at the Southdale Cub for 10 years and up til several months ago, I loved it. But as soon as the construction started things went way downhill really fast. The store is often messy (unrelated to the construction) and most of the time they are terribly under stocked. I mentioned this to a cashier and she said that restocking happens overnight. So I went at 8am today and about 6 items on my list weren’t in stock. Blank shelf space everywhere. It used to be a great place to grocery shopping but now I’m looking for an alternative.
