I've been cardmember of chase for several years and I've had the most convoluted experience with their online side. In summary all issues come down to: 1. always getting locked out of my accounts. 2. very hard to get my access back: calling customer service is endless pursuit (wait, redirect, wait redirect) and their online password reset and alike services never work on my account. Really annoyed with the experience and waste of time caused by their issues. Not a happy customer and have much better experience with other bank cards I'm also using.

Thanks a lot Chase, thanks to your absolutely ridiculous website, you just lost a customer. Have tried numerous times to set up an account online but always get the message "we can't help you with the information you provided"Well your company can screw off, I'll be gladly picking a different bank!

The current “manager” is extremely rude. Completely discriminatory. Blamed Covid for his horrible customer service. I don’t understand how someone so judgmental, vulgar and disrespectful could become a manager there.
