Best JP Morgan Chase Bank experiences I ever had! Compare to other location I have been to another states such as Ohio it is the best costumer services I ever had at JP Morgan Chase! Where I have been greeted by professional employees who helped me open new checking and credit cards account, plus a couple months later they called me up with new opportunities to do more banking with JP Morgan Chase that i have never heard or experienced from another banks I have befored

I have been a chase client since 2015. This branch did an awful job at solving my problem. They tried repeatedly to wing my concerns and refer back to the website-although I explained to them I tried with the website multiple times-. They were not aware of the service I enquired about and they didn’t bother to call and check. I didn’t trust their answers. Mediocre service and very unpleasant and unprofessional.

I've been customer to numerous banks over the years and chase has hands down the worse phone customer service from all of them as of 2021. Non responsive, not enough staff. I just need to be able to log in to my account and sorry, I was not able to spend more than 45 minutes getting transferred back and forth and being put on extensive holds each time. This is not acceptable! I'm done with you guys!!!

Please use any other bank than chase. The absolute worst customer service there is. I have a credit card, car loan, checking account, savings account and a car lease with them. After my experiences recently with their lack of customer service I have closed the checking and savings accounts, am paying off the car loan, canceled the credit card and looking to leave the lease early. I moved my bank and credit card to BMO who has been great. If you want fees but no service this is definitely the bank for you
