**UPDATE: OMF sent their CSR out to us with a new mattress. They replaced the mattress that had been manufactured out of specs. The Original Mattress Factory decided to stand by its product.
I wish we could give a lower rating.
We have purchased several original mattress factory mattresses over the years and have been satisfied with them. That no longer is the case.
We recently purchased two twin XL mattresses for our new king-size bed. The salesperson requested that both mattresses be manufactured on the same date so they would be consistent.
Upon installing the mattresses on the bed, we immediately noticed one of the mattresses was 1 to 2 inches taller than the other mattress, we contacted Original Mattress Factory to discuss the problem. Original Mattress Factory sent out a Customer Service Rep, Lonnie, to inspect the mattresses. Lonnie took measurements, used a level, and determined that one of the mattresses was way out of tolerance, according to their specs. He also determined that the mattresses were manufactured on different dates, which went against the salesperson's request with our order.
The Original Mattress Factory solution was to bring the defective mattress back, disinfect it, open it up, remove some padding, then close it up, disinfect it again, and return it to us.
We expected to purchase a new mattress, not a refurbished mattress doused in disinfectant chemicals. We asked for a new mattress to replace the defective mattress that was sold to us. We expected Original Mattress Factory to stand by their product and replace it with a new mattress that was manufactured correctly, but so far they have refused to replace the defective mattress.
We will be reporting Original Mattress Factory to the BBB.
Lousy quality control and, lousy warranty. Very disappointing. Take our advice and do not buy from Original Mattress Factory because you will not sleep at night.

I'm not even going to tell you how old my mattress was! I was hesitant to get a new one because I thought it would not be as comfortable as my old one, plus I had an irrational fear I would get one that had been returned. Finally, I went to the factory and all my fears were relieved. The staff could not have been nicer! I tried all the beds, visited the work room and heard all of their policies. My bed was delivered and my old one taken away. I am very satisfied with my new mattress. I picked the "orthopedic luxury firm" bed for support covered by softness and I have no aches and pains in the morning. I am completely delighted with the whole experience! We buy beds here when we need one. It can be hard to find a twin size bed for adults. Sometimes, you need a high-quality orthopedic mattress in a twin size. They are always helpful and professional when helping you. They do deliver and will remove your old mattress for a small fee.

I am soooo happy about our new bed! We have been sleeping on a bed that was wayyy to soft causing me extreme back pain. I came in and spoke with Dan who gave me a tour and explained the products and showed me firm to ultra firm beds. I decided on a ultra firm bed...which was my mistake. I accidentally went to firm but came back and switched it out and bought the luxury firm with side support and i am in heaven! I love that I was able to add the side support and haven't been this comfortable in years! No more pain! Thank you all for the help and kindness when my indecisiveness!

Recently picked up some twin mattresses from here, and had a top tier experience. I went to multiple box stores before finding this spot, and was disappointed at each location I went to.It was a completely different experience coming here. I worked with Jed and he listened to what I was looking for and was incredibly insightful and knowledgeable about their offerings. It was refreshing to see the level of customer service he provided and his attention to detail. I know I’ll be coming back here the next time we need a mattress!

BUYERS BEWARE!! once you make a purchase and leave the building with it...you are completely screwed!! This company is in it for themselves and not the consumer. If you make a purchase you can sure bet you will not be treated in any sort of respect. You are stuck with your purchase and if you have problems you will not be covered without doling out more and more money to pad their pockets. Do your research and avoid this company with all costs!

Tried and returned a DreamCloud. So glad we did. Purchased two Full-xl sapphire Hybrid with adjustable frames. Delivery and setup was perfect and all trash hauled away. These beds are amazing. Edge support is amazing and bed is perfect. Thank you, Jed!!!

Jed Hall was so kind and helpful when helping me purchase a new mattress for a client of mine. Looked up previous purchases made by my organization quickly and accurately. Was incredibly informative about the product, warranty, and the entire process from purchase to delivery. An absolute gem of a salesman!

I have 2 OMF mattresses in my home now. I made an inquiry online looking for a special shape mattress for my boat.
The next day I received a phone call right from the factory store asking me questions about what I need. He told me that all I need to do is bring in my old mattress, or a template of the mattress. And they can pretty much make anything I need within 3 to 5 days!
When I bring in my template, I'm going to bring the family so we can tour the production area in Maplewood...
The sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions up front. I wish all business were like this!
