My 1976 Firebird Trans Am would be trusted to only one shop. Larson's Automotive.They have worked on some of my other vehicles in the past as well. I have always been100% satisfied. My Air-conditioning, exhaust, shocks, tires, its all been taken care of at their facility. Management, customer service and all of the certified professional mechanics will treaty your vehicle like it is their own. The owners and all the guys in back are Awesome. It's great to see repeat loyal customers like myself present when I am at Larson's Automotive. That in itself says everything about their integrity, pricing, honesty and dedication to service.

Highly recommend this place for all of your auto maintenance care. Shannon was very informative and provided great customer service. He was also nice and accommodating! It only took half a day for them to complete all of the maintenance for my vehicle. The best part is the price is very affordable! 10/10 would return and recommend. I don't think I'd go back to a dealership for my maintenance needs.

Yesterday, at about 3:45 pm on a Friday, my wife and I were traveling east on I-694, when our car started missing and the engine light started blinking. Serendipiitusly, we were approaching the White Bear Ave exit, and we chugged slowly off the Interstate, where we found Larson's Automotive. They quickly pinpointed the malfunctioning coil, got a new one delivered, installed it, and got us on the road by 5:00 pm. They were busy, and could have had us leave the car there until Monday and take a long Uber ride home. Rather, they squeezed us in on a busy day, and got us back on our way. While waiting, I observed several customers picking up their vehicles. All were treated as valued friends, and were given thorough explanations of work performed on their cars. I don't live nearby, but if I did, Larson's Automotive would have a new regular customer.

Our daughter recommended Shannon to my wife and I based on her wonderful experiences at Larson’s. Our daughter is trying her best to coax her old Honda into a couple more years of service and Shannon has been purely great at providing repairs that are appropriate and cost effective. Like mentioned in a prior post, Shannon is great at diagnosing the problem, articulating the issue to the customer, and suggesting repairs that are safe and cost effective. Since our daughter’s enthusiastic recommendation we’ve had three service appointments at Larson’s:
1) My wife’s Mitsubishi developed an exhaust leak loud enough to detect by ear but not bad enough to trigger a dash light. Took the car to the dealer and was told that the leak was merely a soft spot on one pipe and that the rest of the exhaust system was sound. They told me that the soft spot could be patched but that the dealer was not legally allowed to do it but rather they were mandated to replace the whole system. $1900 they said. Thanks but no. Took the car to Shannon who confirmed the dealer’s diagnosis and said he could weld a patch onto the soft spot and that the exhaust system should be good for several more years. $236. A one year guarantee. A $1650 saving. Color us happy.
2) Same Mitsubishi needed a simple battery replacement. Piece of cake for Shannon.
3) Had all new tires put on my truck. Shannon walked me thru the many, many options and I drove away with 4 great tires that make my truck ride like a magic carpet.
Also note that his wrenches (mechanics) are stellar and Shannon himself is hilarious. Finding a service provider this good is a big deal.

Larson's has performed lots of work on my 2 older Audis and a Subaru, and all has been perfect and affordable!
Shannon is wonderful at thoroughly explaining the work needed from the estimate through completion.
Larson's is very trustworthy and will always have my business!

I've serviced two of my vehicles at Larson's. My first vehicle was a classic corvette that had issues that were hard to diagnose yet Larson's did their best, fixed it perfectly, and cut me a solid deal. My second vehicle needed all the wheel bearings replaced and they got it done very fast. Everytime I've interacted with Larson's employees they've been nothing but respectful. I will be using Larson's services for a long time.

They are really honest with you and don't charge you extra for random things not needed. They are in it for the business, not the money. Super friendly and nice. Won't go to any other mechanic
