I’m always pleased with my service experience at Audi St. Paul. The staff are friendly, the custoner lounge is comfortable, and the wait is usually shorter than anticipated. Today I enjoyed test-driving a new Q3 too. Whether I need an oil change or something more substantial, I always bring my Q3 to Audi St. Paul.

Maplewood Audi just serviced my car.
They are thorough, and send a video with a complete check of your car. And the price was reasonable.

Seamless experience all around! I was having the glass replaced on my vehicle, and the Audi Service department did an excellent job recalibrating everything and keeping me informed of the progress. Shoutout to Trey for the detailed walk-through video!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. The service advisor was very helpful and did a excellent job at helping me with all aspects of the repair from start to finish. Would bring my car back for any large/complicated repair or regular service.

Had a 7 am appointment that was made from after having excellent service at the other Golden valley location. The sales rep that greeted me talked to me like I was a child not understanding what he was saying. Wanted clarification about my warranty and I told the guy he simple had to call a number too check but kept refusing. The golden valley location told me that it should be simple process and not too worry about it. I chose the Maplewood location since it was closer to my house but that was a huge mistake. Didn't even get the guys name since I was so repulsed with how he was treating me. Never bringing my car here again.

I brought my Audi Q5 in for an oil change and rotate at Audi St Paul. Dropped it off at 8am and had not heard anything by 3pm. Called and was told they are not going to get to it and I would need to leave it there for the weekend. I went and picked it up as I could not be without the car for the weekend. Terrible service. 7 hours for an oil change and rotate and didn’t get to it though I had an early appointment. Even worse no call

The person I worked with, Lonnie, was great and easy to talk to! I would recommend him to just about anyone. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is due to the overall experience that had more to do with everything procedurally.
I showed up for a 10 am appt to replace my battery and it took them 2 hours to inspect the car and get situated to actually replace it when I had the appointment specifically for that and only that. Turns out they didn’t have the part in stock and they had already made their parts run for the day as I was waiting. I was told that I would have to take a loaner and come back the next day.
Luckily they were able to get things done a bit quicker and Lonnie gave me a call to pick it up early (same day). I also asked for just a rear wiper replace, but the service team replaced both front and back and Lonnie had no choice but to charge me for it. He at least gave me a discount but overall there appeared to be poor organization and communication between departments that left me with a few more inconveniences than could have been.

Great experience purchasing a new Q7. Everyone involved was very nice to deal with. Setnu Jenkins got me started with my first ride in a Q7, a week later we signed an agreement to purchase, the new features were explained and we were on our way.

Great dealership with great informative mechanics updating me with video while servicing my TTS. Service was quickly taken care of while I waited in a very nice waiting area as I had the oil and filter changed along with rotating the tires on my TTS. I'd highly recommend St Paul Audi to anyone.
