Called Friday to see if I needed an appointment for pick up and was told no. I said I'd be in Saturday (today) to pick up the dress she said sounds good see ya then. Drove 30 minutes to get here a little before 5pm and the store is closed despite google and Fb saying they are open until 7pm today. The dress cost me over 700 dollars I'd fully expect the hours of operation to be correct.

This place is really amazing! Very user friendly and simple. Seating and environment is very comfortable and modern. Dress shopping was amazing and I loved being able to just shop how I wanted! All dresses are clearly marked and organized by color. The ladies were super sweet and the dressing rooms were classy and nice! The robes inside were a great touch! Absolutely look for your prom dress here!

Not sure what’s with the negative reviews. I love this place! People complaining about not having a bathroom as if it’s their fault ? it was a super fun mother/daughter day! Thanks ladies!

Disappointing in that my daughter tried on a dress and we went back 2 days later to purchase. Unfortunately whomever tried the dress on in between her trying on and us purchasing, apparently was pretty rough with it and needs some sequins sewn back on. My daughter was in love with the dress so we bought it and they said all they could give us was 20% off. Well, went to a tailor and it will cost more than the 20% discount we received to repair it and it needs no other alterations.Also, many high school personal and were not helpful in the least.

Staff were excessively unhelpful and did t engage with us even once the entire time we were there, dresses are not hung by size and therefore it's ridiculously time consuming to find what you need, and the selection was so terrible. Heading all the way to Clive, IA tomorrow to get her a prom dress. 0_0

amazing experience at rubi jubi!! huge variety of dresses, and kelsey was very attentive and helped us with what we needed! we felt very bougie and found our perfect dresses.

They had the nicest, most expensive dresses for prom out of all stores we looked at ( about 7)BUT....No bathrooms? & the employees didn't help unless they were asked. Just sat around and stared at you.

My daughter and I shopped for her prom dress and had the absolute best time. This was the 6th shop we visited this year and Rubi Jubi had the best selection by far. Colors, styles, sizes, and prices for every shopper. The staff was friendly and super helpful answering questions and pulling dresses as additional options once my daughter started narrowing down her style. Dresses were bagged which kept them clean and avoided getting snagged on each other. We appreciated the appointment to not feel overwhelmed with numerous shoppers crowding the space or keeping dresses in their rooms (we encountered this at several other shops) We made a special order with shipping to our home as we live 3 hours away and the process of the order and shipping was explained well. Communication between purchase and shipping was great with tracking numbers provided. My daughter’s dress arrived extremely fast, in perfect condition, and more beautiful than we remembered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RUBI JUBI. We will definitely be back again!!!

Beautiful dresses however most are only carried to try on in a size 0 or maybe 4. Not a positive experience for anyone that is not that size... additionally staff staff does work to hang dresses back up etc, but no help with clipping in dresses that dont fit or assistance in that way. I will say everyone was very nice. I think if you are going to cater to teen prom customers-a more inclusive approach will be needed.

They have the BEST selection of dresses. I brought my sister here to get a prom dress, and she had the best time! Cari was so helpful during the process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great selection of dresses, great price points for all budgets, great location to make it a fun girls’ day!! The store is well organized, the staff is able to offer color and size options for ordering and it’s a very no-pressure, supportive experience. We will go back for sure!!!
