Booked a one way rental from Mankato to Plymouth, only to be informed on 15 hours notice that the pick-up location was switched to Burnsville. It is U-Haul’s policy that they can change your pick-up location; your reservation is just a hope that things work out.

Equipment and location were great. Staffing wasn’t. Took a long time to get the keys and return them. Usually that isn’t a big deal but when it feels like the worker is actively avoiding you and just sitting on their phone for awhile. Then decides to make phone calls instead of accepting the rental key return it gets a bit annoying.

Insanely rude staff that yelled at me and each other the whole time. I reserved a unit a month ago, when I came to pay for the unit they informed me they gave it to someone else. When I asked for a different unit the said no because other people reserved it. Very dirty place don’t go, go to Store-It if you need a unit.

Terrible service, rude workers, dirty place. We reserved a storage unit a month in advance and on the day we go get they have our unit away. AVOID AT ALL COST, go to Store-It down the street instead.

A one star rating is generous, I came in looking to rent a van to help move some stuff into my new apartment. After asking if they had one I was told "not happening buddy" and then was spoken to in a very condescending tone about my timing. Terrible customer service and can't believe how a business continues to run with people like this working here. This was my first time in this business and certainly my last.

Great customer service that makes the entire experience very pleasant. Moving is never easy, but the guys that assist you with your requests make sure that they’re not adding any extra stress.Well done guys!Highly recommended!

Was there today and the two people working must be crack heads both look like it and was acting like it. Tons of people had trailers etc on hold and then some how they renting stuff out other people paid for just a mess I could do a better job so unprofessional and dirty looking rude to top it off also

No customer service skills. Truck I reserved wasnt available. No lock on the storage unit I rented so had to make an additional trip to retrieve. Forgot to provide me with a dolly I paid extra for. Forgot to give me my card for storage. Just go somewhere else. Weird environment.

We moved a 3500 sqft home from DC to Mankato using UHaul's UBox system. Jerome has been very helpful assisting us in getting access to our many UBoxes over time.
