Horrible experience. Some of the staff is nice but that's about it. As the other reviews mentioned that they're all about money. They'd start calling you if you're one minute late but at the same time They'd make you wait for hours while taking care of other patients. Again, they're short staffed and all about maximizing profits. I went in for a basic checkup and cleaning, after spending 2 hours they told me they couldn't perform a basic cleaning unless I pay $1200. None of the practices around the world have told me that without performing basic cleaning. I have dentists in my family and they even laughed at the idea. So please, avoid at all costs.

Workers are all very nice. I went in for a cleaning. I had an infected tooth when I went in. The doctor took time out of his busy schedule to check my infected tooth. He put me on antibiotics right away and will fix the problem after the infection is gone.

dental assistants and secretary were rude and couldn't answer questions I had. I was rude back. 12/27/2023. I currently received a letter saying I'm not welcome at Aspen dental practices. They will not honor there warranty I paid extra for.

I’ve always felt welcomed from walking in the door until I walk out. Gwen is stellar. I’ll pay for extra cleanings because she does such a great job! I knew exactly what I was paying for at each appointment. All of the staff seem to genuinely like one another so the banter is always fun.

The staff at Aspen Dental were very friendly and helpful. I not a big fan of dentist and going to them. But they were very understanding and help ease my anxiety over having to be there. Would recommend them highly

Everyone was very friendly and thorough with my checkup and cleaning at Aspen today. The new technologies they used during my exam were also impressive.

I am happy to report that I've had excellent care during my four visits with Aspen Dental. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, kind, and helpful while assisting. Dr. Islam and his assistants did a marvelous job and made each of my visits go smoothly from beginning to end.I look forward to seeing you again, and I will continue referring you to my friends and acquaintances.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a broken tooth and a lot of other problems. They were able to get me seen in a timely manner. Since I have so many amy things, I had to find a way to pay for it; the office manager was amazing and very knowledgeable about being able pay for everything and helped me set up future appointments. I recommend this place to anyone looking to have their teeth taken care of ?

Amazing customer service. Found that I in fact did not have cavities like a previous dentist had told me the week before. They are very thorough and have a free consultation with free x-rays and exam. They also have amazing payment plans for those who don’t have insurance. I will not be going anywhere else.

The doctor and dental assistant Marissa worked with me two and a half hours to make sure that everything was perfect. I found out later Marissa was supposed to get off work at 5:00. She was there until 6:30 with me. My denture fits beautifully. I will be going back

Aspen dental ONLY cares about getting paid, REFUSED to take my health insurance up front. I HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!I needed TMJ (jaw muscles, already diagnosed) treatment for swelling & pain. TMJ is a health problem & covered under medical insurance. It's a real treat causing pain everywhere in your head like migraines. After making the appointment I received an email that there was a problem. When I called back I talked to the woman, she told me the wrong time for the appointment and I had to correct her. Only at the very end of that conversation was I told (after asking) they won't bill insurance and I have to submit myself. l CAN'T pay up front. I was super excited, haven't been able to treat it the last 8 years. Im 40 something disabled & this amounts to discrimination against people on fixed & low incomes. This sucks, I actually shed tears because I thought I was going to get the help I desperately need. OH! I can't go elsewhere because it's the only specialist covered for Tmj. Once again only people with $$$ get the treatment EVERYONE deserves.

The staff there takes their time making sure everything is done right. But, if someone had other things to do besides two hours of x-rays and checking teeth, it's not a fast moving place. I should of known that it was going to take two hours. My mistake.
