These guys did a great job with my dear this year!! Brought in a field dressed only deer - they did the rest. The meat I had processed tastes amazing!!! I got sticks/jerky/summer sausage/ breakfast sausage ( basic flavors) and I ended up with a LOT and I tastes awesome!!!

I took two deer to have deboned with the chops left whole,which I asked for. The rest of the two deer were put into three bags. After thawing two bags, the first bag had the chops and some stew meat pieces. the second bag had front sholder meat which was full of tennons and silver lining. I thought the third bag would have the hams and good pieces of meat, but no.. I was wrong. It was full of small grissly legs tenons and a bunch of small pieces of meat.. this is actually the type I would make into burger, apparently these deer had no hind quarters... or we would have hams or roasts. I called to complain and I was very polite but did let it be known that I was very disappointed. Mr Snyder said he has cut thousands of deer and I am the first to complain. He went on further to say that he isn't really looking for more business, so can take my deer elsewhere for processing. I hope to save others the frustrations. Please take your venison elsewhere, like I will.
