Just walked in for help with a turn signal bulb. Waited and stared at 2 employees typing away 2 feet away from me. I waited for 3 minutes. I wasn’t acknowledged once and walked out. Will not be returning here.

I was told I have to pay shipping fee up front when I tried to order something through them when all other locations don’t do thatI’ve been ordering a lot of part from NAPA and then go get and pay for it and I never charged shipping fee or have to pay up front

It's worth driving away from the city to get good service.Very helpful guys.They diagnosed and turned off my check engine light. Gave me the name of a good mechanic and an affordable price for the O2 sensor.I also needed their help a year ago and got the exact same service.

I came in to get help with replacing my headlight. I couldn't get the clamp off because of salt and some corrosion. Juan was awesome and helped get the clamp off and replaced the bulb in minutes!! I appreciate the help!
