“Messaged them with an inquiry on Facebook received a message back within an hour, asked if they had the amount of produce I wanted. They picked it fresh for me within 2 hours of the time I wanted to pick it up. They did this for me twice. The sweet corn we picked up at their little store was still warm from the field when we bought it. They restock several times a day. Fantastic customer service.”

“I watched as your young employee Jenna helped an elderly lady leave your store. She needed an arm and cane to walk on and a little help getting back into her car. Well done Jenna!!”

“Definitely not the place to go for all of your shopping needs, but if you're just grabbing a few things or want some delicious baked goods this is a great store. Staff is incredibly friendly and it's set right on beautiful White Bear Lake.”

“Wonderful pharmacy. When you don't have time to get your immunizations or flu shot at your clinic, or the money for a doctor's appointment, call this pharmacy. Wonderful staff, and so willing to help you.”

“Very clean, always busy yet I always get help when I look as if I'm searching to hard for something or about to ask for help. Not an annoying or overwhelming way either. The people working are genuinely nice and make you feel happy instead of annoyed by grocery shopping and standing in line. Plenty of cashiers on hand and a few fast self check outs. Close to home and always stocked with what I cant find elsewhere.”

“This is our local grocery store and the go-to given the location to our home. The smaller building size makes it incredibly easy to navigate, ensuring a quick and efficient shopping experience. Unlike larger supermarkets, finding items is a breeze, and I appreciate the convenience this brings to my grocery trips. One of the standout aspects is the store's generous operating hours. It accommodates various schedules, making it convenient for shoppers with busy lifestyles. Whether you're an early riser or need to pick up essentials after work, the store has you covered. However, it's worth noting that the prices are slightly higher compared to other grocery stores in the area. While this may be a drawback for budget-conscious shoppers, the trade-off is the ease of access and the time saved in a more compact space. In summary, this local grocery store earns a solid 4-star rating for its accessibility, convenient hours, and straightforward layout. While the prices may be a tad higher, the overall experience makes it a reliable choice for those looking for efficiency in their grocery shopping.”

“I used to live in MV and always shopped here a long time ago and loved the store! After 7 years of living in a different city, I was in MV to see my parents and decided to do my grocery shopping at this store last night! It was such a clean store!! I was very happy with my experience! Very organized and clean and easy to shop compared to the one by my house. I live 20 min away but I plan to do my grocery shopping here and get my 2 for 1 by visiting my parents as well! :)”

“It's Aldi's.. they have a system and it works. The Germans were horrible at war but make a damn good grocery store. Do feel a bit out of place tho, me being a skinny tall emo boy among a sea of moms.”

“Kowalski's is a little high end, without going of the deep end. Their grocery selection is adequate, but honestly you don't shop there for bulk items and staples. You go there for specialty foods, a very good bakery, produce and meat market, and to pick up those items that you might've forgotten on your weekly trip to the big box. They've also got an impressive selection of cheeses. Oh, and their deli sandwiches are great”

“I can't speak to the actual grocery store as we have just tried the attached Cafe, but wow I wish we had discovered this earlier. This is a great place to stop by for lunch with a group of co-workers or family. There is something for everyone. It's a pay by weight buffet. There is a wonderful salad bar, a hot bar with classics like fried chicken and pastas. Oriental bar with fried rice and other dishes you may find. And a Mexician bar. Plus sushi. They seem to rotate some things from day to day. The quality always is top notch. And the prices are pretty reasonable.I wish though they would consider adding a soda fountain, especially an option of fresh brewed tea. Currently, all breezes are bottleded.”

“I love this store and wish we lived closer to it! The subtle aroma of fresh herbs and spices throughout the store makes me feel refreshed and uncannily eager to buy produce. Some wizardry is clearly at play! They have a fabulous collection of small herb and flower plants, organic vegetables, and fruits right when you enter that's totally mesmerizing. The bins are loaded with immaculate produce that look like they were just plucked from a garden or tree, washed, polished, and then gently stacked like art adorned with fresh herbs and flowers. I have never seen an employee updating the inventory, so I assume Fresh Thyme has secret elves that discreetly maintain the impressive presentation. (Though this may sound like hyperbole, I dare you to visit Fresh Thyme for your next produce purchase to trial the pleasantly aromatic and mood-boosting experience. Seriously. It must have mental health benefits.)I often seek out non-GMO and organic products with no corn syrup, and Fresh Thyme has a fabulous selection, and that's often the majority of products. They have tons of gluten-free and sugar alternatives-- both raw ingredients like almond flour and monk fruit to pasta made from chickpeas. They have a whole aisle of supplements from adaptogenic herbs and super mushrooms like turkey tail, lion's mane, chaga, reishi, and more.We come here most often last-minute to pick up a food dish or appetizer to share at parties. They have a nice assortment of ready-to-bake pizza, antipasta (olives, caprese), and cheese, nuts, or crackers for charcuterie. The store is always immaculately clean. The staff are helpful. And, bonus, there's a liquor store attached to pick up wine or beer to complete your meal!”

“Store is always up to par. Employees are very helpful and very fast at checkout. Only thing I don't like it that they are sometimes out of meat (chicken) and run out very quickly.”

“I ordered my son's birthday cake from the Cub Bakery. Their team was great to work with! The theme was Dino-Pirate so they worked with me to add a treasure chest to one of their dinosaur cakes to work with our theme perfectly! And, the cake was so tasty! A great experience all around!”

“Kwik trip has so many great buys for food. They have great guest services. They also sell stamps, money orders and can load cards such as cash app. They have good prices for fuel and their carwash is great. They also offer free air and it's a digital screen so it stops at the pressure you enter which is quite nice. Enjoy your visit!”

“Great customer service and they are always willing to help even though they are busy at times! Some of their produces are older than other Cub Foods location, but I highly recommend this place.”

“Aldis is one of my favorite grocery stores. It is small, so I can get in and out quickly. They have the basics, which is awesome since I try to eat whole foods and limit highly processed foods. And of course you can not beat the prices.”

“We like this store lots of prepared options, that makes it our go to place for dinner ideas, always clean and the staff are very friendly, plenty of cashiers, which is nice. Get in, look around buy and get out, not super long lines.”

“I rarely shop outside of wholesale grocery such as Costco or Sam’s. I was pleasantly surprised at some recommendations from my son who recommended I stop by Aldi’s. I hadn’t known them to carry quality, and grass-fed beef was a pleasant surprise. When we went to check out, the customer service we received from Gage was friendly, fast, and efficient. My family spends a lot of money n groceries every year and the impression the store and customer service we received from Gage will ensure they receive more of our grocery spend in n the future.”

“I sometimes stop in for lunch. With the weather starting to get cold, I stopped in for some soup. The plan was to just get a bowl of soup. I ended up with 2 large containers and a sandwich. I got chicken noodle and clam chowder. Both were excellent.”

“It's a nice small store, usually we can get everything we need. But during covid it was hit and miss. But as of late we have noticed that whole grain foods are either sold out or never in stock. Such as Whole Grain Tostitos taco chips, brownberry bread, or whole grain long spaghetti noodles. Now on another subject we have also noticed that prices are higher on some goods at this store vs. another Cub store located in Fridley. Such as Land O Lakes Lunch meats are $5.39 in Fridley but your store has it for $7.00+. We like the smaller store so we like to shop here but your prices are a bit on the higher side. I know things are getting higher but it sure would be nice not to get robbed for honest customers who shop and not steal food. I just returned bread to the store that was not properly cooked and got an exchange for another bread. I paid the difference of the price.”
