Stopped in for an alignment today, it was a little on the expensive side but not too bad, service was fast and friendly and took care of my problem, i would recommend to a friend.

A few days ago I had bought new chrome rims for my trailer and needed my old tires transferred to my new rims. I called around to local auto and tire shops and got estimates from $15.00 per wheel/tire up to $35.99 each. I was about to settle for the cheapest one but that was all the way out in East Saint Paul. When I called Premier Auto/Pepboys. They gave me an estimate that was far below all of the other shops, so I went and dropped off the new rims along with old rims/tires. I was told that I would be called the following morning when they were finished (I dropped them off just before closing) The next morning around 10 I was called and was told they were ready to be picked up. I got there and they had them ready for me. They were mounted AND BALANCED (balancing would have cost extra at some of the other shops) so I paid the insignificant bill and they helped me load them up into the back of my truck along with the old rims and sent me on my way. By far the best service I have received in the twin cities and will be referring all of my friends and family to this shop and will continue there for all of my tire needs!

Great service, helpful, and took the time to sit and explain the issues with my vehicle and even gave me a coupon to use on my expensive fix. Stopped in today with no appointment to see if they could check out my tires and they got me in right away and took care of the issue! Chris and his staff have been nothing but great and I'd recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

This location is apparently changing to a Pep Boys location. They are not off to a good start. Left a set of tires and wheels to be mounted on a Monday, mid day. Tires still not mounted and balanced on Wednesday night. Received a phone message Monday evening they were backed up, and they would be done Tuesday morning. No phone call Tuesday morning. Stop in at Noon, told they need another part for their tire changing machine to avoid scratching my wheels. Its on the way, they'll have them done that afternoon. Also told my number was not working. Made sure to verify the number before I left. No call Tuesday evening, no calls Wednesday. Stopped in at 6, told the tires are not done and they don't know why. Mechanic indicated nobody told them what to do with them, or he would have had them done - they had time. This was a set of OEM wheels for an F150 and snow tires - not low profile or aftermarket wheels. Bread and butter stuff. Not a good start under their new brand. Take your business elsewhere...

This location is transitioning to a Pep Boys. If you like work not being done, and no communication, then this is the shop for you. Left a set of wheels and tires to be mounted mid-day Monday. Told they should be done that afternoon. Got a call before close that they got backed up, and they would be done in the morning. No big deal. No call Tuesday morning. Stopped in at noon, tires are not done. Told they needed a part for their tire mounting machine, that it was on its way, and they would be done that afternoon. Also told they tried to call, but my phone was not working. Verified the number before I left. No call that evening. No calls on Wednesday either. Stopped in to pick them up, told by another employee they were not done. Mechanic told me they had not been told what to do with them, and they would have had the time to get them done. These were stock OEM F150 wheels and snow tires - not aftermarket wheels and low profile tires. Bread and butter stuff. Take your business elsewhere...

First time at this location and a Premier Auto Service in general. After calling around Monday morning to try and find a shop with some availability with no luck, Ron was more than willing to let me drop my car off for the day without an appointment. Ron and Dan were both very helpful and friendly. Service was fast and the price is very reasonable. They also didn't try to upsell me on random repairs, which is something I appreciate. I will definitely be going back to this location.

I bought tires here, and stayed for routine oil changes, tire rotation. They have great coupons periodically for oil changes, radiator and transmission flush/fill, brake service.

I know I can go here and not be hustled because I'm a female. They do great quality work and have a great oil change deal. You can get 10 oil changes for around $100. Staff is always friendly.
