I stopped today with a new iPhone not connecting to my new Ford vehicle purchased at a different dealership. Brooklyn went well beyond the "call of duty" with me to help get the troubled system connected which was a rather lengthy process. All I can say is THANK YOU and let the area know that even "non-customer" service gains a 5 star review which could have easily been 6 or more stars!

Cudos to Heffernan Ford in Lake City!! In addition to always providing great service on our vehicles they are there in times of stress. We recently “caught” two screws in our tire and they had it repaired and we were on the road quickly, even though it was lunch time. Thanks for the help!
