I've dealt with a few shipping container dealer's over the years in my construction business. Most of those guys were part time dealers and the customer service was not super great or prompt. I have to say the customer service by Scott over at MSP is top notch. I'm not sure if Scott is the owner or just one of the crew over there but he's definitely the guy you want to deal with. He made me feel comfortable and I most certainly will be doing business with MSP again. The 40' Container in the picture was one of the pics he sent me before the purchase to ensure I was happy before he delivered. I like that he showed me the exact container beforehand. In the past it was a blind buy. At the end of the day whether your selling me a container or a diamond ring customer service goes a long way.
