The International Owl Center is the only all-owl education center in the United States. It is a great, cool, and interesting place with fantastic and passionate educators. Visitors can meet live owls, see amazing presentations, and view life-size wingspans, life-like mounted owls, owl artwork, bones, and feathers. The very nice gift shop offers fun owl merchandise and related art. The building is old, with plans for a new facility, but the experience is wonderful. Families can enjoy a scavenger hunt throughout the town or join an owl prowl to call for wild owls.
The staff at the International Owl Center are excellent and take great care of the owl ambassadors. Their demonstration is very well put together and they are able to engage audiences of all ages, so regardless of your age if you love owls, want to see them up close, or want to support the center you should go visit!

This was a great place to get some owl education. We didn't have a lot of time to spare on this day but they were super helpful, educational and kind. We will be back when we can spend more time.

Really cool museum. Got in in time to hear most of the presentation. Been sure to take part in that. They brought a live bird down.
