Very courteous staff. Plenty overnight parking. Also areas on street designated for parking. Appointment at 6am. Check in at 0530. Door right away. Lumper paid before unloading. Papers in hand by 0740.

My appointment was at 10:00, checked in at 05:15, and got a door at 5:40, and got unloaded around 07:30, checked out at 07:35. I'm happy it was before my appointment and fast, also overnight parking available.

Had a good parking spot under the bridge just across from them,checked in 30mins before my appointment time and was out after 3hrs.

Takes about 20 minutes per pallet to unload.Guy unloads 1 pallet, and completely disappears for about half an hour after that.It's been 6 hours and we still aren't empty, Docked @ dock # 130they disrespected my driver multiple times, Disrespected me, disrespected the broker.5 hours later, they are half way through, the entire warehouse is empty, no one is moving, driver walks around trying to find someone, finally finds the receptionist and she advises " oh yeah they changing shifts, it takes about an hour"This is the epitome of terrible warehouses. nothing is done correctly here. everything is a mess, and everyone is swearing at everyone. Terrible workers, Lazy, unethical, malpractice, ETC list can just go on and on for this warheouse.

Absolutely ridiculous! Checked in @ 7:30am for a 9am appt. Got a door @ 10am and by 10:15am Capstone sent me my unload fee link. The 1st link was mine but had an error so they resent and was someone else's. I waited at window for 20 mins trying to explain this being straight up ignored before I piped up then they got on me for me being upset, d**** They couldn't fix problem so I left with another company's receipt and they left with mine. After all that they didn't actually start unloading me til 1pm and out with bol's at 2pm. This place is a JOKE from guard shack in and back out again.

Manny truck r come hair delivery limted parking cross di street. There no have close truck stop park on street. Night time guard no nicr talk. They charge lumper no print recipt only phone on your link...no good..

All UNFI are same when it come to loading & unloading. Had an appt 7am, checked in, guard said back into door 22-26 with door closed & wait for the phone call for assign door. Received call around 8am for actual door and you know they took forever to unload.

Their drivers are rude , and think that they're special honking at me as I'm backing into door 20 because I was in hid way.
