I don't understand the amount of low reviews here, my experience with them is that they've always been courteous, professional, helpful, and very busy with their tasks at hand if not even a bit short staffed. I guess it's probably true that most people only provide reviews when they are negative... I'm not one of them.

Don’t usually go there and probably won’t go again. Some of the women at the pharmacy are very rude and could hear them say “don’t people have anything better to do?” Yeah people are sick and need their medicine. Thanks a lot lady. Person who personally talked to us seemed nice.

I put in for a refill last week Tuesday, get a message it is out of stock on Wednesday. I call today after 6 days of waiting to get a status. I was told by the employee that he will get it ordered today! I was told it was ordered last Wednesday. We are not talking about video games, these are medications people need at specific times! this is not acceptable. It does not help that the staff acts like you are inconveniencing them every time you call or go in.

We stopped going here a while back because the pharmacists act like they're sampling one of every ten pills that go across their sorting mat. The pharmacy folks always come off as rude and or lazy. Exhibit A being the 1 star reviews going back half a decade.Today we had the misfortune of getting a script accidentally sent here. Of course, there was an issue when we tried to fulfill it. They always explain the issue as vaguely as possible seemingly to get you to give up and go away. The issue was easily resolved at another pharmacy once we transfered the script but Walgreens didn't bother to spend any time on it, refusing to call the "Pharmacy" phone number on the back of the insurance card.CVS and Walmart are just down the road. Your time is valuable, don't waste it here.

Don’t advertise this if they aren’t actually free for everyone!!! Made an appointment and everything and because the system detected insurance, they denied me since I’m not contracted here. Drove 25 mins for NOTHING!!!

I have been waiting for a prescription to be filled for over a week. I called this morning, Friday, June 16, 2023 to ask about the status of the prescription and was told that it would arrive today. I didn't receive a text message to notify me that the prescription was filled, so I called again a few hours before close. This time I was told they don't have it for me and their supplier is out of stock, meaning they have no idea if or when it will arrive. At this point, it's after 5 pm, so after waiting over a week, I will have to wait until at least Monday to see if my doctor can send it somewhere else. Which is why I called to check on the status this morning. I asked about the process to notify a patient if they would be waiting for their medication indefinitely, and there is no process. This pharmacy is a fine choice for anything you don't mind living without or starting whenever, but I wouldn't recommend trusting them with anything you need to take regularly.

I got to walgreens and they were closing in 7 minutes when the meds were called over an hour prior. I explained to them that my 5 month old baby needed them ASAP for RSV/breathing as we just came from the hospital. Sadly, no care in the world. She told me they didn't have time, to go somewhere else. Normally I would of understood but for a mother to watch their baby struggling to breathe and then someone tells you to let him suffer a little longer was very hard. It would of been easier to accept if they were even more caring about it.

I called last evening to have a prescription transferred from another pharmacy. I was told they were closing in 3 minutes and wouldn't be able to transfer it until the next day. I told them that was ok but I wanted to give them the details so they could transfer it when they reopened. She told me to call back the next day. Luckily CVS had an entirely different approach. They went out of their way (which I didn't expect) and I had my prescriptions less than 30 minutes later. Guess where I'll be going from now on!!

Well stocked and friendly staff. They were super helpful as I have never returned a FedEx item to a Walgreen so I was a little confused. They got'er done quick and easy
