Excellent communication between the property manager, Rick and I! I purchase storage units via online auctions and it is often difficult to reach a facility or it’s managed. Rick returned my voicemail and was more than helpful And flexible with scheduling a clean out date! I will definitely work with him again if an opportunity is presented! Thanks again, Rick. Also, would like to highlight how well kept and clean the facility grounds were! Lovely scenery and overall clean feel.

We bought a locker through storage treasures and paid for the unit before we arrived. We though that was great. Very fast and streamline. We also were met with Richard at the unit to clean it out the same day, witch was awesome. Richard was very nice and easy to deal with. Thanks everyone.

The property manager, Rick, was more then willing to go out of his way on his day off to help me with a lock issue. Turns out I managed before he had to drive an hour and waste time. Since has been proactive about getting the lock replaced. I'm very happy I switched to ko!
