I recommend this location to anyone in the area or even outside of the area they service was so damn good actually an employee and customer there helped fix the problem that was wrong with my car in a time of need basically offered his service for free I can't express how grateful and appreciative I am It's actually a blessing to see people like that still exist even though he offered his service he was so professional and nice that I still paid the gentleman thank you brother

Used to have good counter people. I went there on a Sunday afternoon looking for a bulb. I was told that's vehicle specific. Have to go to the dealer or Rock Auto.What the hell? A 3157 bulb is too vehicle specific.But, go to Walmart, Orileys, Napa....they all seem to have it.You need to get people that aren't afraid to actually look up stuff.When I worked at Champion years ago, that was a fun job. Everyone loved working there.Sadly, those days are long gone.

Hi came in the Hastings Auto Zone 12/16/21@5pm to by decier windshield washer and new wipers blades for my car. The young man that work there help me to put them on for me it was very cold outside he had some problems because it was cold and dark outside.So the yong woman that work there too help out and she put them on for me. I tip them both because they help me out and it was very cold.Thank you two for helping me out in the cold .Daniel Ritzman
