They sorted out the answer was 'yes' and had the part in the mail within 2 hours. All of the people I interacted with via email were polite and helpful.”

“Nice home Ace. I used just about every home Ace in the west metro. Never have had a problem. Easy to get to, employees are nice. Never had problems. I use the Ace for all my needs. They've never been out of stock anytime I've ever been there or needed anything. Which is very important as a contractor. I just never know when i'll have to stop in and grab someone. I can usually get in and out in 5 min which is important to me(even though I wanna look around longer). Plain and simple great place to shop. “We just moved to the area, and needed some stuff for the new house. We've been to this location now over eight times in the last 2 months. We purchased potting soil, peanuts, some clearance items and some materials for the work that I do. One of the things that I love about this location is that everyone goes out of their way to make sure that customers are greeted, and people in the aisles are getting approached and just asking if we need any help. As we're new to the area and also shopping at Ace, the staff have been more than wonderful in leading us to the right areas of the store to purchase the stuff that we need.Can't say enough about the store, the location how clean the store was and how they basically carry everything that you possibly would need for your house.Thank you.”

“Great store, conveniently located off 494. Doesn't have everything tool related, but close too. Lots of great brands to choose from, very large variety of power tools to choose from. Large variety of different brand hand tools to choose from, though seems to have a smaller variety of tools to choose from per manufacturer overall. Price overall is very similar to what you'd expect from your typical box store. Have only made in store purchases and have been very happy with all. Staff is always very kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Plenty of parking available in front or side of store.”

“I really appreciate the help I got from Nikki from the lumber department. I recently had back surgery and it was difficult to get the heavier treated lumber. He cut several pieces I needed and was a life saver.
Initially I sought help from another employee in charge delivery pickup. He was dismissive and stated he was busy even though no one was around and told me to go Prodesk. He also did not page anyone to help me either. It turns out the item was right in front of him. Gets better where he started yelling at other employees in front of customers. He also proceeded getting in front of customers face justifying his behavior because he was under pressure to load trucks.
In spite of all the chaos that one employee, Nikki was very professional and got what I needed. Thanks Nikki, you are awesome. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the other employee.”

Mason from the Brooklyn Park Home Depot, on the other hand, gave us exceptional service, even better than I was expecting. “Friendly staff - I love being recognized when I come in by the paint swirl master - haha - it's a side project one of the guys has - finding beauty in simple swirls of paint before they mix together. It's just personality that you find in a place like this. Sure it's probably a little more expensive if you buy everything there; but you probably won't walk out with a bunch of impulse buy BS like I always do at Menards. Im pretty sure I come out ahead and can rely on the advice of the people. Great experience guys!”
