had an accident in march that totaled the car i purchased from them not even a year ago. went back to this dealership recently and Abe did everything he could to help me get a car since i was really in need of one. They were able to get me something amazing for a really great price! it's awesome how they really do everything they can to help out their customers. ❤️

I bought a car from here 4 months ago, and while my car was exactly as advertised, I’ve had to call them a dozen times since I purchased it to try and get the second set of keys and passcode that I was promised would be ready for me within a week of purchase. The first ten times I called they obviously tried to get me off the phone as fast as possible to “check on it”then wouldn’t call me back with any update. I started asking for proof that they ordered these things and that request has been ignored. The second to last time I called was the only time that I was even offered any information about my fob/passcode, which tells me they had maybe ordered it after my tenth call to their business. I called again yesterday to ask for the items again and the person on the phone asked “so you haven’t taken it to a shop to get those yet?” I spent thousands of dollars here only to have to spend four more months nagging a group of adult men to follow up on a business transaction they agreed to.

I bought a 2021 Subaru Outback from this dealership and I can’t recommend enough when I bought the car it had a dead battery and they replaced it before I finished signing the paperwork

Staff was honest and very helpful. My 2019 Kia Forte interior looked shiny and new. Tires were in excellent shape. I love this car and it was a good value. NORTH STAR AUTO will receive ALL my future business. I highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a vehicle, it had a smell we informed them about when we were buying it they stated it was some spilled food. We took it to a detailer months later when the smell got so bad my daughter was having respiratory issues every time she drove it, that the smell was actually from a suicide and they never had the vehicle properly cleaned! Blood everywhere under the seats and now wont reimburse me! Informed them this was a biohazard vehicle he said he would reimburse me and now wont return my calls and told me that the amount is not realistic though i have videos and receipts, and had to replace parts and settled for used ones even! Horrible, horrible place! (The brown is all blood in the photos, magets too)Kaiser nor Abe couldn’t care less not their family. Terrible way to do business.
