If a tenant scares others tenants just because of the way they look they will lie and try to kick them out. Don't live here unless you want to be constantly harassment for the dumbest reasons. They do things illegally constantly against the lease and your rights.

Great place at good price. We stayed Lake side very quiet.. Management was great also. Never a issue in 14 months.

Over the summer, they told me they didnt receive my rent that i sent from my bank monthly through a monthly payment i set up, and then they charged my late fee, even my bank sent them letters explaining that they sent the check to them. They just messed up with some mails over the summer.

Make sure you get your vehicle out of their parking lot by 8am, because even if it’s 8:01am they’ll gladly tow your vehicle away. Overall this place is ok. Seek better options before signing your life away for a year.

This is an okay place to live, pretty quite but not the best management. i had mould in my apartment and it took the maintenance guy 3 weeks to fix it.
